Designated off-street parking for 1 vehicle with self check-in and AC for those hot summer nights. Private side entrance of The Lafayette Inn with your own patio seating as well as shared patio seating off the bedroom side of the unit.

This 1 bedroom apartment is a 5min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor. It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1.5 mile walk.

No animals please, no exceptions, our cleaning lady is allergic.

You have a separate unit from the rest of the Lafayette Inn, the only shared space is side yard patio, which you can access via your private back door. The deck with your outside table/chairs & private entrance is not shared with the other gests.

I live in the neighborhood and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch or patio past 9pm. Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other 3 units. Please take off your shoes in the kitchen when you come inside. No loose trash or recyclables allowed in the outside dumpsters, only tied trash bags allowed.
