Great location and very clean. Host was very responsive during stay. We loved the rooftop pool, and parking was relatively easy. Would recommend.

Perfect and clean space in Hollywood

We had a great time visiting Hollywood and this apartment was just what we needed to come back to at the end of the day. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the roof top deck was such a great bonus for the kids. We will definitely stay again

Nice place. Rooftop pool was definitely the highlight. It could be better stocked. We had 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper. No food storage ie foil, plastic wrap, containers etc. Only place settings for 6, only 3 glasses and a couple tumblers. Patio was a waste with no furniture to sit on. If you’re looking for just a place to lay your head it’s fantastic. If you’re going to spend time there, not so much. Tried to charge for parking when there was nothing in the listing about it. Owner do make it right, it there is absolutely no street parking available so you really have no choice but to pay for parking. The listing could definitely be more transparent. There’s a reason they state that they don’t want to rent to complainers. Overall I’d say 6/10.

Very disappointed place. This place needs a lot of TLC. Bathrooms don’t have toilet paper holder, towel holder, soap etc
 toilet and handles are broken. Blinds and patio doors are broken. Mattress are old and not so comfy. We were a group of 6 adults who spent a few days in LA after a 14 days cruise from Long Beach. Owner could not accommodate us to store our luggage before the actual time of check in, we asked for a couple hours
. That said, we could have used the patio to store our luggage so it will have not disturbed the cleaners. We were left alone and directed to use bounce as an application on iPhone which we did and no place/business close to the apartment could accommodate us
.. and some have never heard of the bounce application. There is a lot of daily instructions you need to follow. Right Location of the apartment is not given right away
. However the location was perfect for touring LA.

Pros:About a 15 minute drive on the freeway.The unit itself was clean.You can ask for a later check out - I was charged 50.Cons:The room was not like the pictures advertised. I have photos attached.I was given brief instructions how to get into the complex, I was to call someone to let us in building upon arrival. The person I was told to call never answered, so thankfully people walking in the building let us in. Other than that I was given instructions how to get into the apartment. The door was open and key on the counter.You have to pay extra for secured parking - I was told there was street parking - we had to park 4 blocks away because the parking is extremely limited and neighbors hold spaces for other tenants. We decided to not take secured parking because it was an additional 30 a night and you have to pay for all nights stayed.The neighborhood didn't feel safe - people laying on the sidewalk. The toilet in one bathroom was very unstable - had to be very carful when using because it would lift the laminate flooring. Minor things that were noticed - TV remote in bedroom had not batteries, both bathrooms had broken TP holders, blinds were not functional. Major issue - after a very long day at the theme park we could not get back in the building only later to find out there were a fob on the key to use on the call box. That never was communicated. I was really hoping to enjoy our stay, as I have stayed in many Vrbo's and the places have been great.

We had an amazing stay at this bookabach. It was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Loved the location and loved the 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend this place
