Great location. Perfect for a long weekend. Close to parks, bars, public transit. Super clean. Quiet place on interior of building, no street noise. Would stay again.

Amazing stay

The place was very clean, looks exactly like the photos! I love how attentive the host is. Parking is less than a block away!! Location is very quiet. I definitely recommend! If I’m ever back in Philly I will definitely book here.

Many positives, one unfortunate finding

Location to Philly attractions can’t be beat. Can walk safely around the neighborhood and find good overnight parking nearby (for added fee). Very easy check in and good security features. Great decor and nice finishes. Wonderful to have kitchen as well. Note: Listing says “sleeps 4” but the second sofa bed is not a typical pullout sofa and is actually a hard leather futon which lies flat with a crack in the middle. It is very small and uncomfortable for 2 teens or adults (would be fine for children). The picture of this sofa bed shown in the listing is accurate. We did not stay the second night as we awoke to find dead bugs on the carpet near the sofa bed, larvae near the stovetop, and new debris on the coffee table. After we sent pictures and explained, the host offered to send cleaners but we were not comfortable and went elsewhere. Host did sound motivated and committed to rectify the situation for the future. We wish them the best.

Excellent time in Philadelphia

We loved our stay in Philly, Tiffany is a great, helpful host who communicated with us promptly. Location in old town is very convenient, apartment is clean, modern, kitchen has everything you need. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Philly is where the heart is

We were in town because our film was in a film festival in Philly, and we needed a central location. This was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to everything, no car was necessary, and the area is safe, clean, and great views at every turn.
