The beach is about half a mile away, and you're surrounded by downtown favorites like the Kirby House, boutique shops, rooftop bars, and the iconic boardwalk.

The Space:
Check-In Form To ensure a smooth arrival, guests must complete the check-in form prior to arrival. Failure to do so may delay access to your unit.

Door Code & Access Door codes are sent at 2:00 PM on the day of check-in. Access is through the main entrance of the house, which is split into multiple units. Each unit has its number clearly listed on the door.

Guest Access:
Parking One car per unit is permitted in the driveway. If you have additional vehicles, street parking is available — please be sure to follow all posted signage to avoid any citations.

The beach is approximately half a mile away, and the boardwalk, boutiques, and restaurants are all easily walkable.
