This 8-bedroom house on Tybee Island is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 5 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 full beds, this pleasant property offers plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy their stay. The 5 bathrooms feature amenities like a bathtub, shower, and jetted bathtub for added comfort. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.\
Enjoy all the modern amenities plus the charm of another era in this turn of the century home. 'A Summer Place" has two 4 bedroom units that are connected by both an internal and external stairs. Together the units will sleep 19 people in beds. This is the 4th house back from the ocean and offers ocean views, a large yard and gracious covered porches that run the length of the home.
Enjoy all the modern amenities plus the charm of another era in this turn of the century home. Each of the two units features 4 bedrooms and are connected by both an internal and external stairs. Gracious covered porches run the length of the home on both the ocean front side and the other side. Plenty of out door space and large landscaped lot with grilling area, picnic table and hot and cold water outdoor shower.
Covered parking and plenty of storage for your bike, kayak, surfboard, and fishing equipment.
Unit 11A, the upstairs unit, has a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, twin bunks in the third bedroom and one twin and one double in the sleeping loft. There are two full baths on this floor. You have ocean views from most of the rooms in the house. Covered porches attached the two king bedroom, and a observation deck with panoramic view of the south end of the island off the sleeping loft.
Unit 11B is the lower level of the property. It has a king in the bedroom#5, a king in the bedroom #6 , two double beds in the bedroom #7 and a king in the bedroom. #8. There are 3 full baths on this floor. Each king bedroom has access to a covered porch.
This home is pet friendly subject to prior written approval and payment of a minimum of $150 pet fee depending on type and number of pets. (No puppies under 2 years old are allowed.)
Our outdoor space included a hot and cold water shower. ample green space and parking for 5 cars
