For travelers, our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel at least 60 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount you`ve paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 30 days of check-in, a refund will not be possible.
