Escape to a tranquil, family friendly 3-bedroom Duplex home on the sand in Long Beach. This great location offers easy access to the best of Los Angeles and Orange County. Enjoy the beach, the bay, and the yacht club, or take the family to nearby attractions like the aquarium of the pacific (5 miles), Disneyland ( 19 miles), Knotts Berry Farm (14 miles), Universal Studios Hollywood (42 miles), Lego land (75 miles), Sea World (102 miles) and multiple local zoos. Guests can relax and unwind on the beach, or take advantage of the kayaks, paddleboard, beach cruisers, and a pedal boat that seats five for a scenic tour around the bay. Ping pong table also available. This house is within walking distance of a park, with a playground, pickleball, handball and basketball courts, as well as sailing, fishing and kitesurfing rentals/lessons. Take the Charter to explore Catalina Island or explore the sea with world famous whale and Dolphin Watching Tours. A short stroll and you'll arrive at Belmont shore's top restaurants and bars as well as more dining options and high-end stores at 2nd & PCH. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

OUR PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE PENINSULA BEACHFRONT WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS.
CURRENTLY A PROTECTIVE SAND BERM OF VARYING HEIGHTS IS IN PLACE TO PROTECT THE HOUSES FROM THE WAVES. THE BERM DOES NOT OBSTRUCT THE VIEW FROM THE HOUSE, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO WALK OVER IT TO ACCESS THE BEACH.

Great spot on the peninsula

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beachfront unit on the peninsula. The property is well appointed and spacious with everything we needed for a 10-day stay. We enjoyed the swinging chairs on the patio and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. It is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Only suggestion for improvement for the owner would be to add screens to windows as there is no AC (windows are primary way to cool it down with the ocean breeze, but we had to close them in the evening due to bugs).

Great time!

This place is gorgeous!!! The host really outdid themselves stocking the kitchen, bathrooms, and whole house. It had everything we needed. Their thoughtfulness really showed through! The home is beautifully designed, so inviting, with stunning natural light and views of the beach. It is so close to the water and in a great location. The water is truly right outside your door. The hammock was a particular favorite spot. And the boardwalk makes for great evening walks. It was wonderful for our children. The kids room was a huge hit! And anytime we had an issue or question the host was SO responsive. We sadly had some very loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors making noise into the very early hours of the morning, but nothing the host could control. Would absolutely stay here again!

This unique property has an ocean view and easy walk to the Los Alamitos Bay where you can comfortably get in and out of the water with the entire family, and hang out all day.2nd street in Belmont Shores is also full of great restaurants, and you are in the middle of LA and north SD county so tons of fun up and down the coast.Andrea is a great host and the property is clean, comfortable and well equipped.
