The location cannot be beat - Across from Alamitos Bay, steps from the beach, and a short walk to local cafes and boutique shops on 2nd street. Just down Bay Shore Ave you will find athletic courts and kayak and paddle board rentals.

Our home features light and airy rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and full ensuite bath - brand new! Additionally, we provide a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room so there's room for the whole family or your favorite group of beach-loving friends. Two full bathrooms mean no waiting in line after a sandy day out.

Relax on the large front patio featuring a new propane BBQ with tools and outdoor dining table and a comfortable conversational area.

Inside, stretch out in light and breezy spacious living and dining areas, cook up a meal in the fully equipped chef's kitchen.

Guest access
For your security, the back kitchen door is programmed with a customized code known only by you. If you experience any access issues, I can assist you remotely.

In advance of your arrival, I am in touch with you to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth arrival and easy access to your beach vacation!

HOUSE RULES:
* Your reservation includes registered guests only.
* Notify us in advance if anyone other than registered guests will be on site.
* Absolutely NO parties or filming.
* No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on our property.
* Quiet time is from 9pm - 8am every day. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors.
* While we welcome your kiddos, our home has new, light-colored furnishings and bedding, and fragile decor. We kindly ask that you watch your children closely and keep wet bottoms and sandy feet off of interior furniture. Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed. Thank you!

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. Loud music and parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.
