Great In Town Location

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The view and location is great. Close to downtown and plenty of thing to do in the area. The lift is roomy and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

Loved it – definitely staying again!

Loved everything about this day. Super clean, well decorated, amazing view, obsessed with the windows (the view!), and some of the best shopping and dining is just a few steps away (and the beltline was just a short elevator ride away!). Definitely staying here again! It was perfect.

Great property

The property was exactly as described and was very clean and fully equipped. There were some inconvenient elevator issues but other than that I highly recommend this property.

Outstanding!

This was by far the most enjoyable rental experience I’ve had in a long time. From great communication from the moment I booked, to exceptional guidance and support leading up to and on the day of my arrival, to incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations in a fantastic location. Check Out

During check out it was very frustrating since I did not have a number to put my key fob in the box. Wasting 30 minutes calling support to only find i didn't not have a code assigned to my room for check out.

Excellent all around

This is a cool property in a great location right at Ponce City Market and adjacent to the beltline, less than 15 minutes' walk to Piedmont Park. The MLK historical site can also be reached by a long walk, as can Krog St. market. The rental management team was very communicative and did everything to ensure the check-in/-out process and stay went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Atlanta.

Nice View good stay-cation.

Nice View good stay-cation. Never been in a studio style apartment before. Gave Pounce a very good view to watch the superbowl with the wife.

Had to stay at a hotel was locked out the code didn’t work and no one was reachable and I’m still waiting on my refund they promised

Fabulous Property, Great Location

My husband and I wanted to spend a few days enjoying Atlanta after moving our youngest son into college. We were looking for something close to the Beltline and walkable to restaurants, cocktails, and shopping. This lovely apartment fit the bill perfectly! Check in was seamless, even when we were earlier than expected, and the property was everything that was advertised. We truly enjoyed the convenient location. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, but complicated check in.

We rented this for a friend for his birthday. The place was beautiful and location fun, but my husband and I had a hard time connecting with the manager and picking up keys and the entrance was hard to find.

The location was ideal, parking was easy and it was beautifully appointed!

The managers went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We mentioned that the bed had a dip and they delivered a new one that day! Incredible. Already recommended it to friends!
