Staycation

Great spot! PCM is full of energy and a great, safe spot to live/work/play. This was a fun way to simply live somewhere different for a few days. Can’t beat the location.

Business trip in Midtown

Perfectly accurate description. Really nice condo, clean and comfortable. Excellent location. High floor, so you get a really cool view of the city. Covered secure parking garage. Honestly couldn’t ask for anything different in the heart of Midtown.

Midtown ATL with a Skyscraper View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this midtown location in Atlanta! Its prime location made it convenient to access various modes of public transportation, including buses, trains, and streetcars. The property offered a fantastic view, was exceptionally comfortable, and provided a quiet retreat. Overall, a delightful experience with easy access to everything one needs to enjoy their visit to Atlanta to the MAX!

Midtown Sky View

Host was gracious and answered all questions timely before my arrival. Property was exactly as described. Extremely clean and neat. Very cozy and comfortable. View at night was amazing. There is some construction noise but overall I enjoyed the property.

Perfect Midtown Base

Property was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equipped and formed a perfect base for a sightseeing visit to Atlanta. We particularly enjoyed having a balcony. The building had a good gym and a lovely rooftop deck area. Very conveniently located for some lovely restaurants and also some major attractions - Piedmont Park, Botanical Gardens and High Museum of Art. There is some construction progressing in the surrounding area, although this did not negatively impact our enjoyment.

Amazing Stay

Firstly, the building is located in one of the most convenient areas of Atlanta. The property is extremely well maintained and kept; I even saw the workers steam cleaning the carpet in the hallway. The apt itself was stunning. It gives gorgeous views of the city, especially at night. It was very clean and stocked with everything I needed; the kitchen supplies were of excellent quality as well. Rae is super responsive and helpful! I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area

Nice property, but access issues hurt overall enjoyment

This property is lovely and as advertised as far as photos / location. The host was also very responsive in general. However, upon day of check-in I initially didn't even have any keys to my unit. That was resolved within several hours, but throughout my entire stay I had no corresponding fob to get me up the elevator or anywhere else on the property which was really inconvenient as I had to bother the concierge desk each and every time. I'm afraid I can't recommend staying here until that issue is resolved.

Heart of the arts district

Excellent location for the arts district, near venues, restaurants, Whole Foods and Publix, coffee shops, GeorgiaTech, etc. The apartment is well appointed, with enough dishes, glasses and cutlery. The mid-century look is not our “thing” but it’s consistent. The bathroom necessities (toothpaste, shampoo, etc) are a nice touch. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the bedroom curtain, that doesn’t quite cover the window and lets through too much light. The construction site next door can be noisy at times, but there’s so much construction going on in the area that I can’t imagine any apartment (or hotel) would be immune!
