L'appartement est parfait pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. L'appartement a été récemment rénové, dispose d'un grand parking gratuit dans la rue et se trouve à distance de marche du marché de Ponce, du parc Piémont et de la Beltline, des cafés, des restaurants, des épiceries et d'autres services, et à quelques minutes en voiture de nombreuses autres attractions. Walk Score 84 (Very Walkable) donc tout est à proximité. Station de vélo partagée sur le bloc. Nous vivons à Midtown depuis de nombreuses années et nous avons hùte de le partager avec vous.

L'appartement est au cƓur du quartier historique de Midtown Garden d'Atlanta, dĂ©veloppĂ© entre 1895 et 1920. La rue est remplie de charmants bungalows construits au dĂ©but des annĂ©es 1900. Tous les commerces, restaurants et attractions culturelles imaginables sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Notre quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme est au coeur du coeur de la ville. C'est parmi les rares quartiers d'Atlanta oĂč vous pouvez facilement vous promener. I stayed here alone and felt safe. Easy walk to Trader Joes for staples. Kitchen has all the equipment, but no "extras" like sugar, oil, pepper, etc. Bed was comfortable, chairs for the TV not so much. It's a little musty, but they had room spray for you to use (it's a basement-ish apartment). Overall it was a great place for what I needed. Quiet and safe!

Great stay! The place is small but comfortable and cozy! The bathroom and kitchen are well appointed with everything you need. The owners respond quickly and are kind and very welcoming. It was a great location to get to everything I wanted. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ATL Midtown place

I stayed here for a month! Loved it. So convenient to everything. I cooked in the small kitchen that has all you need. It's in a quiet, safe location within walking distance to Trader Joes, and other stores as well as Piedmont Park. I will definitely return to this flat, it feels like home.

The space was adequate , nicely furnished.There is another dwelling directly above, the occupants of that level, both nights ,commenced with heavy footsteps back and forth across my bedroom ceiling, tending to crying children this started at 10/30 pm and lasted past midnight.. no sleep for me ,

Highly recommended place!

This place is great. The neighborhood is really nice and within walking distance of Piedmont Park and a bunch of restaurants and bars. The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or couple. It has a nice kitchen, if you feel like prepping meals, and a comfortable bed and sitting area. Definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's on a quiet street that's also close to so much. The listing clearly states that the only parking is on the street, so that wasn't a surprise but on nights we didn't get back until late (ie: went to a night Braves game, traffic back, etc) the nearest available spot was many houses away on the other side of the street. Overall this isn't an issue for us but know it's a possibility for you as well. The communication was some of the best I've ever had with a Vrbo and we would stay here again on a future visit.

Lovely neighborhood

My husband and I spent three days in Atlanta in March. The apartment was small but comfortable - exactly as described. We loved that it was walking distance to Piedmont Park and restaurants. We had a couple of questions about the tv when we arrived and George was quick to respond.

This unit is in the heart of the Historic Midtown Garden District of Atlanta, developed between 1895 and 1920. The street is filled with charming bungalows built in the early 1900's. Every imaginable retail, restaurant and cultural attraction is nearby. Our quiet residential neighborhood is in the heart of the heart of the city. It is among the few areas in Atlanta where you can easily walk places. Piedmont Park is a great getaway, and we are an easy walk to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Trader Joe's, Mellow Mushroom, Metrofresh, Frogs Cantina, Apres Diem, Highlander, 8-plex movie theater, etc.; 5 blocks from Caribou Coffee and Flying Biscuit; 6 blocks from Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Petsmart, Staples, Eats, Walgreens, Publix, etc.; 5 blocks from North Avenue MARTA station or 10th Street MARTA; 5 blocks from Peachtree Street (Fox Theater, Vortex, coffee shops, many professional offices, etc.); 9 blocks from Colony Square; a mile to the High Museum and Georgia Tech; 1+ miles from Downtown and AmericasMart, Georgia State, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Martin Luther King, Jr., Historical District, Carter Center; 2 miles from Krog Street Market. You can walk many places from this location, and all the streets have sidewalks. The neighborhood has a Walk Score of 84, which is rated "Very Walkable".
