It was a great place to stay and our family really enjoyed it. The ocean is right across the street. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. If you are going through the area, we highly recommend staying there!

Host could not have been better with communication and local suggestions. Property is simply amazing and location is absolutely beautiful. Great spot to use as a base for incredible redwood hikes and coastal hikes. A wonderful vacation with my family. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The location was great. You can take a short walk to the nicest beaches.The view was completely wonderful and amazing. Ocean views in multiple picture windows in living and dining room. House was clean and well appointed. We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO in Crescent city, this one was the best.

House was lovely, grocery store was close by. Redwoods were 20 minutes away, and of course, the beach was right across the street. My 12 year old son reports that the tide pools were excellent. We had a great time.

Beautiful waterfront home!

This home is absolutly beautiful with fantastic ocean views! We had a very relaxing visit. May have even seen a pod of whales! Bill & Victoria were wonderful hosts welcoming us and our 2 dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Amazing home with some of the best views of Pebble Beach in Crescent City. The house was extremely clean, well appointed/exactly as the pictures on the listing, comfortable beds, tvs in every room, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. This was the perfect property for our family vacation/reunion, including our elder of 86 to the youngest of 24. The house/location was perfect for all. And…our dog LOVED the fenced-in yard, outdoor deck for watching the surf, and saying hello to all the passers by (especially those with other dogs)! Perfect foundation for a perfect vacation!Thanks again!!

Stunning property! The oceanfront views were breathtaking, & every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed & beautifully appointed. It was spotless & had everything we could possibly need. From well stocked essentials to thoughtful extras like snacks & drinks that made us feel so welcomed. Truly one of the cleanest & most inviting places we've ever stayed. We can't recommend it highly enough. It was perfect for my 50th class reunion.

Beach Front Bliss and Views Galore!

Our stay in Crescent City was so wonderful! The property, the hosts, and the location were all outstanding. We were initially hesitant to book due to few reviews but you can rest assured this is a top class booking. The hosts put us at ease and were responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. We loved the location, the amazing views from inside and outside the house, the beach, the proximity to the Redwods, the very clean, comfortable, spacious home, and the special touches taken by the hosts that made this vacation truly wonderful. We would love to return again and highly recommend del Playa and the hosts.

Spectacular!

Fantastic location close to many scenic views and offers short hikes to Redwood National Park! The house has a magnificent view from every angle; you can hear ocean waves and just a few feet away from the ocean! This property is meticulously kept clean, with everything you need, it feels home! The property owners are wonderful, have excellent recommendations for places to visit close by, have great communication skills, and are super friendly. I loved my stay here and would be back! Thank you!

Our family of six took a Seattle to SFO trip and found this stop at the del Playa home incredibly comfortable. After a day trip into the Redwoods, this well equipped home with all the amenities and comforts you could ask for made for a relaxing and peaceful place to chill. While we had some foggy days during our visit, we know the views are fantastic. The bright, airy nature of the home made it a great place to wake up and have your coffee while listening to the sounds of sea lions off in the distance. Proximity to the Redwoods is also awesome! The hosts had great communication and were very friendly! Overall. We wished we had a few more days here! Highly recommend!

Our group had a fantastic stay at this amazing home. The house has everything I would want for my own home and more. The hosts prepared our stay with a fully equipped kitchen, more than enough towels, pillows, and additional amenities such as snacks, beach chairs etc, that made our stay more pleasant. The home is beautiful! There were amazing views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, and the master bedroom was to die for with a very large bathroom and shower. Just steps away was a second deck off the master bedroom with even better views of the ocean. I researched multiple homes before choosing del Playa and this was by far the best deal, and the best home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.
