Many of the amenities are within walking distance to the unit, and there is also convenient transit and taxi options available. However, to truly experience the Rocky Mountains and visit several places in the area, we recommend renting a car.

- For a delightful hot tub experience, the Building Management requires guests to kindly reserve 30-minute slots for up to 5 guests. Only one hot tub reservation is allowed for each unit per day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making each visit to the hot tub a delightful and rejuvenating experience for everyone.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Great spot and super clean place with lots of room. Next time I book here, i would bring some extra bed sheets for the pull out bed. The condo ventilation in the master was a little noisier but all in all, I would book here again. The parking spots are a little tight but that's the norm these days in newer condo's. thanks again

We came as a family (7 adults) to spend time in the Banff National Park area. The condo was in a very central location in Canmore with wonderful walking paths throughout the Spring Creek complex including being able to walk into town. Parking was helpful in the underground garage for 2 cars. The unit itself had plenty of space for our group including a specious living/dining area and well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck was wonderful with mountain views The hosts provided explicit communication from the beginning of our stay until the end and were extremely receptive to any questions. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Canmore.
