Welcome to `Hank`s Place`! Just 3 minutes from High Point University, the heart of Main Street and Furniture Market, our home is convenient and comfortable. It`s perfect for small families visiting the area.

An easy and cheerful bungalow with two finished bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a third flex-space room that includes a day bed, desk and monitor (with USB cord). The kitchen is completely renovated and updated with all your necessities.

Farriss Avenue is an wide residential street where a street car was once envisioned to be built. There is plenty of street parking in addition to a long driveway.

Pleasant residential neighborhood located very close to Main Street and half mile from High Point University. Restaurants, brew pubs, Armstrong Park, and the new Qubein Children`s Museum are also nearby. Ideal for HPU Parents and Furniture Market participants.

Ample driveway and street parking.

We offer FREE TICKETS to the new High Point Children`s Museum to all kids staying at our home (11 years old or younger)!

The property & home were absolutely perfect for our High Point University family weekend visit! We would definitely rent this property again! The house was super well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Great decor and I loved the nods to HPU - especially a little needle, bobble head figurine by the front foyer. Great screened in back porch to have morning coffee in! My son has already requested that we put in a request to rent this home for his graduation weekend next year.

The house was just as advertised and fit our needs for visiting our sons at HPU. Very close to campus. The house was very clean, well stocked and our communication throughout was responded to in a very timely manner. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again when visiting our sons.

Quick Trip

House located on quiet neighborhood and close to everything! Walking in the front door we felt right at home, decorations gave it a cute, comfy cottage feel. Kitchen well stocked with a quant little porch that as soon as we opened the back door we could hear the birds singing. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked with all the necessities. Owner communication was helpful and response was quick. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Hank’s Place!

Great location

The home is light and bright and close to HPU and a lovely paved walking trail and park. The host was communicative and helpful. Thank you so much for the keurig coffee and creamers, and for the bottles of water. We loved the keypad for the entrance to the front door. The thermostat is simple to use and so nice that the heating / air conditioning system is quiet. The blankets by the couch were great and we loved the outdoor screen patio! The kitchen is well stocked and everything was so clean. Light and bright home! We’ll be back.

Had a great stay for HPU move-in weekend! The home is clean, charming and well appointed and just a couple minutes to HPU campus! Comfy beds, good air conditioning for the NC heat and bathrooms with toiletries and good water pressure! A nice home away from home!
