This property is clean, well maintained and very centrally located to HPU, good coffee and good restaurants, yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful at night. Will def book again.

Location was a few minutes from HPU which was very convenient for move-in weekend! Kitchen well stocked and a/c worked great. Quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable home in a convenient location

We stayed here for the High Point Furniture Market and it was a perfect location. Two blocks from the JH Adams Hotel so you could grab the market shuttle and walking distance to restaurants. House was comfy and cozy. Would recommend it.

Quaint Home Near HPU

We booked this home on short notice and we're happy we did. We needed some extra space for an HPU event and this home met the need perfectly. Quick access to HPU in a nice neighborhood!

Convenient location

Small but clean and comfortable home. We liked the kitchen- up to date appliances and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Host responded very quickly to questions. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood. Very convenient location- close to everything of interest. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend the property.

This property is centrally located in downtown High Point and is close to all the local attractions including High Point University. Comfy and convenient High Point location.

Smart TV with local channels - but bring your personal codes for Netfix, Amazon, Hulu and more! I've left maps and guide books for local attractions along with playing cards, checkers and UNO!

Kitchen includes all necessary amenities including microwave and dishwasher. Dishes, glasses (including wine glasses and corkscrew), cups, silverware and cooking utensils, toaster, salt, pepper, oil, wraps, baggies, foil, cutting boards, pots and pans. A variety of teas along with both regular and decaf drip coffees. Snacks and cold Brita filtered water are also provided.

In the bath you'll find plenty of plush towels and washcloths, makeup remover cloths, toilet paper, a Simple Human pump dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a hair dryer and curling iron.

In the laundry room, a washer and dryer, laundry detergents, an iron and ironing board.

Also provided, a full length mirror, luggage racks and hangers.
