Well situated in Pacific Beach in a nice residential neighborhood. House is well organized with an efficient use of space. Great onsite parking for two cars and a fenced backyard. The management company was responsive and communicated very well. No complaints. I would book again.

Great Find in Pacific Beach

Two bedroom, one bath house with a great backyard within walking distance to beach and lots of shops. Neighborhood is very quiet considering it is just a few blocks away from Mission Blvd. In the early morning you can actually hear the waves crash from the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome vacation home!

This home was a perfect location for visiting our son! It had nicely landscaped front and back yards, a gas grill and was within walking distance to the beach and stores. The home was very well equipped—even had a salad spinner! It is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and also provides beach equipment. We hope to stay here the next time we are in Pacific Beach!

Cozy, beautiful vacation home.

Cozy home looked just like the pictures! Location was within walking distance to many eateries and beach. Quiet neighborhood and private backyard was a welcomed plus for our small dog. Parking was great either in front of the house or the back assigned spaces. We would definitely come back to this beautiful vacation home.

The house is well appointed with everything we needed for our getaway to the beach. We enjoyed how close the house was to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The private yard was lovely for enjoying the cool breeze, and keeping our dog safe. We also appreciated the private parking in the back. Thanks for a great time!

"MPerfect San Diego Getaway with All the Comforts of Home

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Diamond Villa with our dog. The home was well-equipped with all the necessities and the backyard was a cozy retreat, complete with a nice Weber grill that made outdoor dining a pleasure. The private parking was super convenient, and the quiet neighborhood made for a peaceful vacation. Its proximity to the beach was a major plus, allowing us to enjoy the ocean often during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in San Diego!

House is a "5", management a "3"

This is one adorable little home. All very clean, neat and updated. Nothing about the property is less than a "5". Vacasa, the property management, on the other hand comes off as very accessible when in fact they are not. Two things stand out. One we were shorted 2 bathroom hand towels and one wash cloth for 3 adults. Our communication with Vacasa was met with contempt and a suggestion "we carry extra ones (towels) because we do not replenish during your stay". That was fine but they never did bring what they said we were entitled to ("we only provide one wash cloth, hand towel, and bath cloth to each guest"). There was no follow up once we spelled out the fact we were short. The second issue was a missing blind in the master bedroom over the door to the back yard. The blind was to be replaced between 10 AM and noon the day after we arrived. No one showed. When we contacted Vacasa in this regard they said, "the local staff was aware of this and would ensure it was resolved in a timely manner, and that someone from the guest experience team would reach out to us soon". Never heard from them again for the rest of our stay. We covered the window with a blanket during our stay. Again, adorable house, poor management.

Great place to stay

The property was very clean, recently remodeled & in a great location. It is small but was good for sleeping over the holidays when we rented it. We will rent here again. Two areas for improvement would be Vacasa sending out the door code in the early morning so I didn't have to contact them on the way to the airport when I realized we did not have the code. Also, more washcloths & towels instead of one per person.

Great Pacific Beach home

My husband and I were vacationing in San Diego and wanted to stay in a location that was near the beach as well as conveniently located to areas like La Jolla, North Park, and Little Italy/ downtown. This house was great for all of that, was extremely clean, and very cute. Diamond street is in the quiet section of PB, and a short bike ride to the bay and the boardwalk. We loved our stay here!

Belle maison, lumineuse, récemment rénovée dans un quartier paisible. A 8 minutes de la plage à pied. Une valeur sûre! Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Petite suggestion d’ajout: une corde à linge ou un support pour suspendre le linge… Merci Vacasa!
