Welcome to your private coastal sanctuary, an exceptional oceanfront compound in North Pacific Beach where thoughtful design, natural textures, and effortless indoor-outdoor living come together just across the street from the sand. This rare offering includes two distinct homes on one fully enclosed property: a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath main residence with breathtaking ocean views, and a charming one-bedroom, one-bath casita with its own entrance and complete living space. Together, they create a unique beach retreat that balances connection, comfort, and privacy in one of San Diego’s most iconic coastal neighborhoods.



The main home takes full advantage of its oceanfront position, with panoramic views visible from the moment you walk through the front door. By far the best Vrbo I have stayed in. The location is perfect and the house itself is really clean and had very comfortable furniture and high end finishings. A must stay property. The staff is extremely accommodating as well.

Absolutely love this home. Phenomenal location in a gorgeous home. Tons of deck space to watch the the sunset or barbecue. Pet friendly with a surrounded gate. Lots of privacy, although you can clearly still see the ocean and the beach. Very clean.Couldn’t ask for more hoping to make it an annual stay.

The house is perfectly located with a gorgeous view. It may be the best location in San Diego. There are a lot of cute restaurants and coffee shops walking distance. The beach entrance is accross a very calm and narrow street. There is a very nice path that starts anccross the street annd takes you anlong the ocean down pacific beach. Even my teen son said it was a perfect location. The house has lots of seating nooks. The mornings are perfect on front porch watching the ocean. Evenings on back porch or watching the sun set. Off street parking is key. Beds are comfortable. The doors that open up wide to give a cross breeze from the ocean. Bathrooms are very comfortable. It’s a great house.

Overall, our extended stay here was great. The location and view are unbeatable. The walkability to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Tuesday farmers’ market is convenient and fun. Having parking for two cars in the driveway is ideal. The house and casita were clean. The kitchen is stocked with many basics. The property management are kind, mostly helpful, and for the most part quick to respond to concerns any time via text; there were only a couple times when we didn’t get follow-through. The heater in the casita took a bit to get replaced but fortunately did. When it’s temperate, it’s lovely to open up the windows and doors that can be opened and let the ocean breezes in. It’d be nice if there were more screened openings, and some floor fans need cleaning/replacing. Ceiling fans in the house might be helpful and might make it feel less like a/c is necessary; when it gets hot, the house still gets uncomfortably hot. The casita has little airflow and gets even stuffier (when it’s hot out). If this were addressed, we’d want to come back. Accessibility info: From the driveway there’s one step at the gate, then a flat area, then two steps (no railing) plus a threshold bump up into the main house. From there the main house is level. In the primary bath the shower has a ledge to step over, is spacious, and has a handheld showerhead. The primary king bed is very low; the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom is typical height.

Overall, this is an absolutely gorgeous property, situated right across a small street to beach access with comfortable furnishings, and sleep areas. All of the appliances seemed to work just fine and we enjoyed the communal spaces and amount of seating. The hot tub was terrific!Communication with the Management Company (MC) before we arrived was adequate, however during our stay it was a bit lacking. We were approved for an early check in (which was wonderful), but then two strange women showed up, who didn’t speak any English, and seemed to want access through the privacy gate. No communication from the MC that anyone would be coming by. Then a gentleman from the MC just showed up later…again, no warning.The property appeared to be secure, but two strange men wandered through the property one day and the MC didn’t appear to know who they were. Unbeknownst to us, the beachside gate and both the side (hot tub) and back (Casita) gates were completely unsecured and anyone could have walked in that way. Scary!Finally, the property just needs some serious and detailed TLC. The sliding glass screen doors need to be replaced. Several lights and a bathroom fan didn’t work. Finally, the grounds were just kind of unkept. Lots of weeds, dead leaves, dirty water in the water feature, and the deck needs to be refinished. Again, some renters may not care about these little details as the property is so amazing in most ways, but these little things did impact our stay.

We loved every bit of the house and the casita. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved hearing the waves at night and the proximity to Pacific Beach and La Jolla was fabulous. We stayed for our son’s graduation from SDSU and it was great to be able to have family dinners together or walk to grab fish tacos. And don’t even get me started on the sunsets from the house-the only thing we would change is the ability to stay 2 weeks instead on 1!
