The primary suite offers a large king bed, a cozy sitting area beside oversized windows framing ocean views, a walk-in closet plus an additional wardrobe, and a serene en-suite bath complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, private water closet, and a double vanity with a farmhouse-style sink. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a soft queen bed, views of the peaceful backyard, and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and elevated, modern finishes.



Glass doors open from the main living space to a beautifully designed backyard that feels like a private garden retreat. A dining table for six sits beneath a pergola, paired with a built-in BBQ, grassy lawn, and spa, all set on the same side of the yard just off the main home’s deck. A gentle stream flows through the space, and a small bridge connects this main outdoor area to the casita side of the property, where a second deck offers another peaceful place to relax. The detached casita sits on the right side of the property with its own front door entrance from the driveway and direct connection to the shared backyard. Inside, the layout is open and welcoming.
