Summit Woods Hideaway! Maison nouvellement construite - À distance de marche de la route de l'Amérique.

Expérience tout Road America et Elkhart Lake ont à offrir. Cette maison de 1 800 pieds carrés a été construite en novembre 2016. Il dispose de 4 chambres et de 3 salles de bain complètes, de plans de travail en quartz et d’un superbe concept à aire ouverte facilitant la détente. La maison a une cuisine toute neuve et île avec comptoirs de quartz et tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Une chambre principale avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains principale privée, une douche avec des portes en verre et ses lavabos offrent beaucoup de place pour les invités. Les 2 autres chambres partagent une salle de bain complète. Chacune des chambres de rechange a 2 lits de plus et il y a un lit queen supplémentaire dans le sous-sol. Cette maison est livré avec tous les équipements standard, y compris un lave-linge et sèche-linge et place pour garer plusieurs véhicules dans l'allée.

L'extérieur de la propriété bénéficie d'une belle terrasse regardant vers la propriété 3/4 acres et la porte principale de Road America. Une table et des chaises de patio et un barbecue en acier inoxydable sont également disponibles.

Avec 2 télévisions avec Dish Network, WiFi, climatisation et chauffage central, cheminée, terrasse extérieure, c'est la maison idéale pour votre retraite.

À proximité, le lac Elkhart abrite de nombreux restaurants, bars, concerts, plage publique de sable et boutiques.

everything good to say about this property- great houseSO close to Road Americayou have to stay a bit to appreciate all of the rooms in the house, we did gaming, grilling, a quiet night before the big race CLOSE to everything else I do on the east side of WI- went to Black Pig in Sheboygan, walked the great lake, got a quick visit to Elkhart lake you can almost throw a rock and find a good Friday Fish Fry ;)

Quick and Easy stay next to RA

Super clean and neat home. Plenty of room ands beds. 2 spacious living rooms and also 3 bathrooms making it easy for everyone to shower and get ready on time. The beauty is that it is literally right across from the track. I was able to run back and forth as I needed for the weekend. I will be coming back the next time I visit Road America. Thank you for letting my family stay here!

Clean and very comfortable house

Stayed for 3 nights - everything from the check-in until we left was easy. House was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I recommend this house for anyone heading to Elkhart Lake.

Fabulous stay for a Road America weekend

This property was perfect for a weekend at Road America. Easy walking distance to the main gate, and short drive into Elkhart Lake. The house was well stocked, and communication with owners was always quick. We can't wait to book our next stay.

Fantastic stay for the Ryder Cup

We were a group of PGA of America working staff who were in the area to support the Ryder Cup. This house was so convenient to Whistling Straits (basically one road the whole way), clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. And Road America is super close so you can hear the races. How fun! For us, just having a washer and dryer was luxury - but comfortable beds, lots of space, filtered water, great views - it was the best. Thank you very much to the hosts.

A very tidy home with exceptional hospitality from the owners.

I housed my race team in this home for the Indy car weekend held at Road America; directly across the street. We were greeted by a very neat and tidy home located on a beautiful piece of property. This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending races at the track or simply enjoying a vacation at Elkhart Lake.

This is a great property located near (walking distance) Road America's beautiful race track. My family and I grew up near the track and Little Elkhart Lake. I love this area. This house is built as my primary residence knowing that I wanted to rent it out to racers and families that want to come and enjoy this area.

This house has all the amenities of home including beds, full kitchen and island, master suite, deck, BBQ, large yard, patio furniture, etc. We have all the little things included that make a stay great.
