Great place and excellent location for events at Road America.Brand new and well stocked. Could not have asked for a more comfortable and welcoming townhome. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We travel to Road America multiple times a year and this property and manager were fabulous! You cannot beat the location - seconds from the track, literally across the street. The property itself is beautifully decorated, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The manager was so very kind when we had early travel plans during our arrival. She is friendly and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for the Sundance horse trials. Very nice, modern place that was well stocked with everything you need. Very quiet and comfortable.

Excellent Stay

Home was in great condition, very clean, and pictures do a great job showing how nice the place is. We came for a golf trip and was about 20 minutes away from 2 world famous golf resorts and would recommend this stay to anyone headed this way.

Perfect spot for us

We (two couples) were in the area to attend a race at Road America. The location of the townhome couldn't have been any better, and the townhome itself was outstanding - clean, comfortable, well equipped. Our property manager was extremely responsive, and went out of her way to return an item I accidentally left in the unit. Many thanks!

Perfect when racing at track. Less than a 1/4 mile from gate 6, 200 yards from main gate. Clean, pictures as advertised. Excellent service from property manager. I wish every track had a property nearby that was this clean and nice. The only possible drawback is that it is so nice you need to take your shoes off upon entry and you know if you mess anything up its brand new so it was obvisously new. Like renting a car and being the first to drive it…you cannot blame dinging a rim on anyone else!

Great location, simple accommodations, some surprises

The place is great location for a weekend at the track. Plenty of space for our 3-person team. Ideal accommodations would have two beds in second room (vs bunkbed for us old guys) Kitchen not overly stocked. We had to purchase some basics like Salt, Pepper. The icemaker wasn't running so we had to make do. Also, we were hoping for a grill to make steaks, but nothing was available. Also to note, we did not have access to the garage, which was a surprise. The cleaning fee is ridiculously high given the amount of prep we had to do before we left. Will probably look for a different solution next year.

Hi Doug, we appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - To ensure that our guests make informed decisions that align with their preferences, we strongly encourage them to thoroughly review our listing before making a booking. - The listing does not state that a grill is included. Additionally, the current insurance policy doesn’t allow for one. - The listing does not state that the garage is available for guest use. - The second bedroom does feature bunk beds, which is clearly stated in the listing and shown in the pictures. - Salt, pepper, and olive oil were labeled and placed on the kitchen countertop, with extra refills in the cabinet above. It seems they may have been missed during your stay. - The ice maker must be emptied between stays due to county health regulations, which is why it was empty when you arrived. - Light checkout tasks, like loading the dishwasher and leaving linens on the bed, are standard, but we're actively revising them to ensure they're as convenient as possible for guests.We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

Wonderful townhome close to Road America and Elkhart Lake

The home was perfect for our family stay! The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful, especially the master bath! It was great to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kitchen/living room space was very comfortable for us to hang-out in. The upper deck was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. Plenty of parking space in front of the home. The owner/contact was easy to work with and the check-in and check-out was seamless. We will rent this townhome again!
