Large and well located. It was the perfect accommodation for our extended family of seven adults. Each couple had nice bathrooms and large bedrooms. The air conditioning was excellent, which is necessary in Cartagena. The building was secure and we felt safe at all times. It was an easy walk to most of the walled old city. The communication was excellent we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to other large group groups

Clara is so lovely and accommodating. She answers very quickly. Ana, the housekeeper, is very sweet and cleans the apartment daily. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is centrally located and extremely walkable to the clock tower, walled city, Getsimini, mall, etc. As stated on previous reviews, the apartment has thin walls and windows so you hear everything all day & night.

For this trip, the location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, especially to participate or celebrate in all the festivities, which was the main reason for the visit.Considering the area and the exterior appearance, we didn't expect the apartment and rooms to be so beautiful and large, nor to have such magnificent views of the city.For us the experience was incredible, and we wouldn't change a thing.A special thanks to the housekeeper and security staff.

Ideally located just outside the walled city, this apartment offers the perfect balance of convenience and peace. We avoided the heavy inner-city traffic while remaining a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to most sites, making our stay both seamless and accessible.Our host was incredibly accommodating, staying in constant contact and personally greeting us for a thorough tour despite our late arrival. The apartment was private, spacious, and kept extremely clean with the luxury of a daily cleaning service. It was fully equipped with every necessity and conveniently located right above a grocery store.While the apartment is clean and it's location is convenient, it is worth noting that two of the bedrooms experience significant noise from nearby clubs. Additionally, we encountered a building alarm during a city-wide power outage and loud birds in the early morning. While some of us were able to sleep through the noise or use ear plugs, light sleepers should come prepared.

From the moment I made the reservation, till we got to the Apartment, Clara did an excellent job

From the moment I made the reservation, till we got to the Apartment, Clara did an excellent job communicating with me and letting me know what to expect, even directions on the tai ride, how much to pay and a welcome sign when we got to the building. The apartment is in great location. We could walk to most destinations in Old Town, plenty of shopping and markets in the surrounding area. The Unit itself is very modern, clean and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. They have a doorman 24/7. The wifi worked great. They stocked all the essential necessities even had coffee. On our last day I reached out to Clara to ask for a late check out since our flight was no leaving till 4:30 pm and she was nice enough to let stay late. There were only two issues! If you leave the beautiful fountain on too long it gets the floor all wet. The shower in the room with 2 twin beds dribbles instead of a nice flow of water! I would stay there again no question!
