MAGNIFIQUE CONDO DE PLAGE DÉCORÉ! SUPER ENDROIT!!

Récemment redécoré 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain 1er étage Condo (au-dessus du parking) avec ascenseur à quelques pas de la porte. Nouveau téléviseur à écran plat (3) nouveau décor de plage, meublé pour 6 avec lit king-size en maßtre, lit queen-size tout neuf dans le salon et 1 lit queen-size et 1 lit simple dans la chambre. Profitez de notre maison fraßchement peinte et carrelée ... Je vous promets que vous allez l'adorer! Les installations comprennent un parking couvert, une buanderie dans l'unité, des barbecues et un kiosque prÚs de la piscine. Traversée facile vers l'océan avec accÚs notarié à Sea Breeze. Plusieurs restaurants et de nombreux commerces à distance de marche de votre porte.

Was a little Leary about the beach access across the road, but it was easily accessible and close. This was my first trip to gulf shores but definitely not the last.

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed! This location has the perfect access to the beach! The lication was close to restuarants, coffee shops and so much more!

We were able to park a Cadillac SRX and a Toyota Rav 4 in our 1 parking space. The deeded beach access was not as close as we thaught. You would have to go across the road (condo is on bay side) and walk down a ways to get to the beach access. 2xs I emailed the host and never got a response from either e-mail.

Amazing short vacation! The condo is so clean and decorated so cute! It was so quiet! I forgot that we were in a condo and not a stand alone house. So close to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Great time!

Perfect condo for your family

We loved the condo for our family. Everyone slept well and we loved having 2 bathrooms especially with 3 girls. Close to everything in Gulf Shores including the beach.

Perfect beach condo

Perfect location we loved the pool, bbq grills, and quick beach access!! Condo was great the only thing I would say is if you’re tall/big people like my family the master bathroom is an extremely tight squeeze. But we made it work and would definitely return!

Great location

We liked the condo complex a lot. It was quiet for most of our time there which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The condo was clean and very spacious and located centrally for our plans.

Convenient to beach. Accurate description. Washer needs rinse aid. Maybe why there was an odor in the washer. Washed towels before use because of this. Otherwise it was a good trip.

This home was perfect for our stay
clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a plus. It’s a close walk to the beach. Owners were quick to respond with any of our questions. Check in and check out was simple! Great place to stay!

Beach Vacay/Softball World Series

We absolutely loved this condo! The decor was amazing, and the condo was super spacious! We were so close to everything, and not too far from Foley where we were playing in the tournament! Enjoyed the beach and also the pool! Also went home as 10U World Series Champions! Will definitely be back next year!!

Great stay for a baseball trip

This property was very close to the beach and there was lots of stuff to do close by. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a blast

We had a great time at this condo. Great location and easy access to the beach. The washer and dryer was definitely a huge bonus to have. Only downside was the wifi. But this condo was a great place to stay. It also has a pool, so when we didn't feel like dealing with the sand and the rough surf from the beach, we just go to the pool downstairs.

Quick Trip/weekend getaway

Absolutely Wonderful!

This was a wonderful place and we all really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and had great access to the beach! We enjoyed staying there so much that we decided to cook there one night and spend an evening in. Thank you so much for adding to a great vacation!

Family vacay

We spent a week here, the condo was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys. There was enough room for all of us( 2 bathrooms was perfect!) and the location was good. The unit is across and down the street a little from the beach but not a bad walk at all, I maybe wouldn’t suggest it if you have small children but it wasn’t an issue at all for us.

Long weekend getaway

We came down to see a concert at the Wharf and enjoyed our stay. It's a great location and the only complaint was that we weren't able to check in by 4pm due to the cleaning crew still being there. We were delayed about 30 minutes which wasn't bad but still inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We finished our home in Northern Alabama in 2016, Graduated all 5 of our kids, Got 3 married off and now are proud Grandparent of a spoiled Grandson! We are in the process of an overhaul remodel, room by room of this condo. Both Bedrooms, 1 Bath and the Dining Room are now complete (2020) Next fall we will complete the 2nd Bath and move to the kitchen.

(2015)After renting a condo here for the last 20 years, we are finally living the dream! We have just purchased 42 acres in Attalla, AL for our retirement home (finished, we moved south 2016) and as all parents know (we have 5 kids) bribery works best when it comes to the kids. We know the kids will come down to see us, often, if the beach and condo of their childhood memories is available to them, so we bought our condo in Sea Breeze and lovingly redecorated it. (Now we have re-re-decorated 2020) We are renting our summer home out to some very lucky guests. Our last 2 children are juniors in college this year (2020, All graduated, successful working adults now ;) and will be graduating soon, so the empty-nesters needed a hobby. ;)

Please look at the pictures of our newly remodeled unit (current remodel 2019-2020, both bedrooms and 1 bath, new dining furniture) and know that you will feel comfortable and at home in this condo. We chose it for it's proximity to the beach, it's convenience of elevators and pristine grounds and pool.

Walking distance to nearly everything you could want or need.... Grocery, Restaurant, Beach, Entertainment and a short drive to everything else... Mall, Starbucks, Golf, Clinics, Spas.
You will love the people of the Sea Breeze community. They host cookouts and parties at the gazebo and all are invited. They are friendly and make you feel welcome....Kinda like family. We are new owners and couldn't be happier with our new community of friends. You will want to come back year after, just like we did!
