À distance de marche de la Plaza historique et Canyon Road, cette résidence pueblo de style classique est complètement nouveau (2010) mettant en vedette la construction des équipements et des appareils modernes. Casa Sanchez est à quelques pâtés de maisons de restaurants de Santa Fe, des musées, des galeries et des sites historiques. Ce bijou historique côté Est était une tournée 2010 de la maison lauréat (meilleure cuisine, la meilleure utilisation de la lumière naturelle, prix vert). Les caractéristiques comprennent la cuisine d'un chef, des portes-fenêtres ouvrant sur terrasse spacieuse et accueillante arrière, planchers de bois franc, haut plafond ouvert salon et salle à manger, poutres apparentes anciennes et authentiques portes anciennes. Récemment mis à jour en 2013 avec déclaration Sonos système de l'art sonore et de la télévision intelligente, tous les nouveaux meubles, draps et serviettes, air conditionné, et un barbecue à gaz Weber patio. Quatre chambres, salles de bains avec quatre et demi; 2750 pieds carrés. Un très grand lit (maître BR), quatre lits queen, trois zones de patio extérieur clos. Chambres quarts avec salle de bain complète desservie par une entrée séparée. Adobe mur propriét�� environnante assure votre vie privée. master-bain de luxe avec spa trempage baignoire et douche ciel éclairé. collection privée d'art du propriétaire magnifiquement exposé maison par-out. Lanterneaux et fenêtres lanterneaux apportent le charmant New ciel mexicain l'intérieur. Trois intérieurs cheminées kiva à bois, un bois kiva brûlant cheminée sur la terrasse arrière. Spacieuses, les placards et garde-manger bien conçus. Off-street parking pour trois voitures. Parfait pour une escapade isolée, mais assez grand pour les réunions de famille complet ou pour le partage de trois à quatre couples.

Beautiful and Relaxing House in Perfect Location

If you are looking for a very relaxing and convenient location to spend some time in Santa Fe this is the place. We had a wonderful time and couldn't have been happier with this place.

Great home in Santa Fe

Comfortable home with all the necessary amenities in a great location. Walking distance to downtown and the Plaza. Very clean and adequate parking for our group of 4 adult couples. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Large bedrooms and kitchen. Great gathering spaces indoors and outside for our group of four couples. Within walking distance of downtown. Would love to rent this again next time we're visiting Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Delight

Beautifully appointed and spacious home, well stocked kitchen, and newly renovated. Every bedroom had their own en-suite bathroom and docking station. We wanted for nothing in this lovely home. Easy walk to the Plaza on the Old Santa Fe Trail. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Gorgeous & Spacious home!

My family thought I really hit it out of the park with this find! Gorgeous and comfortable home. Outfitted for everything! The kitchen is incredibly well appointed especially for entertaining and large groups. The back patio is basically another living room and we loved being outside. We would jump at the chance to stay here again!

Wonderful property!

You’re in the middle of all the wonderful attractions of Santa Fe but you feel like you are out of town the minute you go through the gate, Beautiful courtyard sculptures and art in the house too. You’ll start your day on the back patio and end it with a fire. The house is so well appointed and comfortable. None of us wanted to leave! The Casas de Santa Fe group were very nice and easy to work with. Also close by if you need help. Highly recommend!

Girl’s Weekend

The Casa Sanchez was 1 million times better than we even imagined. It was beautiful and it felt very Santa Fe ish! The location was in walking distance to most activities: the plaza Canyon Road, the farmers market. It is on a dead-end street so it does make parking and getting out just a bit slow going. But to be fair, we had two large SUVs. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. It was a girls 60th birthday celebration weekend and everything about the house was just lovely.

Spacious comfort 4 blocks from the Plaza

Jewel off a small street. You would never know it's there! Beyond the gate and through the inner courtyard lies the magic. Beautiful design and furnishings. Fully equipped and ready for fun! Especially liked the 2 working fireplaces. Spent hours in front of the outdoor fire with a beverage as the heat of the day turned into cooler evenings. Downstairs 2 queen room was a little stuffy, but very comfortable otherwise. Huge bonus was gourmet market just a few steps away! Magic! We will be back.

Outstanding Home and Location

We stayed in the home for 6 nights with four couples in late June 2024. The house is 5 5-minute walk from the capital and less than 10 minutes from the plaza. A grocery is a 3-minute walk away. The house is on a quiet, dead-end street. The house is beautifully decorated and each bedroom is well-appointed and roomy. The downstairs room with the two queen beds is a bit more spartan than the others and lacks air conditioning, but we had no problem with the temperature in late June. The kitchen and pantry have everything you might need to cook any meal. We all agreed we'd stay at the same house again when we return.

We could not have asked for a better vacation rental for our family Christmas Vacation ! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious - it was also well-appointed with almost every kitchen electronic imaginable as well as other necessities. I will highly recommend casadesantafe to others who are in search of vacation rentals in Santa Fe. This was a seamless rental - in fact we own a casita a half block away but it was too small for our family vacation- hence our rental with you -- after we rented but before our stay we (susan and Jan) were in town and Conrad was gracious enough to show us the property so we could get a lay of the land which made it so much easier when planning for the actual family trip.

Cousins gathering

There were five cousins that came from CA, WA, NY and PA…The accommodations were wonderful, close ( half mile )walk to all that we wanted to see. It was very comfortable and perfect atmosphere to get together and catch up
