The space
This large private property is fully gated and secure and offers an abundance of green spaces and lush tropical foliage.
In the main house, you will find 4 bedrooms total with 2 king bed master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 guestrooms which both offer a queen and twin bed.
The large living room features an oversized u-shaped couch for lounging and socializing as well as an open flow design blending effortlessly with both the kitchen and outdoor space.
The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals. The laundry room with brand new washer and dryer is located just past the kitchen.
Outside of the villa, the luxury continues with comfortable lounge chairs, a large outdoor dining table, a propane BBQ and a stylish and unique saltwater infinity pool. Walk around the pool and along a short stone-lined pathway, and the jungle landscape opens up to a full-sized basketball court suitable for a variety of different activities and exercise. There are two separate outdoor showers for your convenience.
The detached studio casita is located within the gated property, yet perfectly removed enough to offer privacy, and offers a kitchenette, full bathroom and queen and twin bed.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.
Other things to note
For bookings of up to 10 people, only the main house will be made available unless otherwise requested. The casita will remain closed and will not be occupied during your stay. Access to the casita for 10 people and under can be requested for an additional cost. For bookings of over 10 people, the casita will automatically be included in your stay.
