Welcome to our spacious and stylish townhome, perfect for up to 12 guests! This unique rental includes two side-by-side townhomes with private entrances, offering plenty of space for large groups. The open living areas each feature a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, a cozy gas fireplace, and ample seating. Bedrooms are well-appointed with plush beds, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities. The expansive master suites include a private covered balcony to unwind.
Located in Old Town North, this home is just a scenic 20-minute walk along the Poudre River Trail to the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Stroll the river path to enjoy local cafĂ©s, boutiques, and art galleries, or hop on the complimentary cruiser bikes for a brewery tour or a ride through the cityâs scenic trails. With easy access to dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures, this townhome offers the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration in a prime Fort Collins location.

OUTDOOR LIVING: A main floor grilling patio is attached to Unit D. Each primary bedroom features a private covered balcony with comfortable lounge seating (2x). Plus, enjoy complimentary cruiser bikes for exploring the area!
INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Smart TVs, two dining table areas, board games, and ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, large kitchen island, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and a bathroom for each bedroom. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
