Farmhouse 1.5 Miles to Dollywood

Welcome to the newly renovated 1900's farmhouse, just 1.5 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, and still feel like you are nestled all the way in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride and making this the cleanest place you've ever stayed. This historic farmhouse is just a hop, skip, and jump off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where ya wanna go quick but feel like you're out in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! We have ample parking and guess what it's actually flat. No crazy mountain roads to climb to get to our property. You'll be snoozin' less than 10 mins to the main Parkway and some of the best eatin' places you'll find this side of the holler!!



-Bedrooms-

We want y'all to love this place like we love our home, so we spared no expense to make you feel at home. Our master bedroom is located on the ground floor with an ensuite master bathroom that has a separate clawfoot bathtub and shower. Warm up on a chilly day with the original brick fireplace that has added gas so you can conveniently have fire with the click of a button. [We just ain't got no one to feed you grapes]



The three other bedrooms are upstairs and all have queen beds which are ultra plush and very roomy. Two of the bedrooms have their own gas powered brick fireplaces as well.



-Living Rooms-

There are plenty of spaces to kick up yer boots in this house. There are two separate sitting areas on the ground floor and a large game room with a pullout sofa on the second floor. We have a large TV and plenty of board games, toys, and puzzles for the kids to play and books to read.



-Kitchen-

Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances you could think of for any home-cooked meals you may like to make from the granite countertops to the special touches. You'll appreciate all of the love we put into this place. You'll also enjoy your gas stove and cast iron skillets so you can cook up the best country meal for your family to gobble up.



While you're out on the town, don't be afraid to get a little dirty or start a food fight at a nice restaurant [as long as you don't tell 'em we said to do it]... The washer and dryer are Quicken quiet to... So you can enjoy your family while the laundry spends.



-Backyard-

Outback you'll enjoy your own gas, powered grill and fire pit that both turn on with the flick of a switch. Comfortable seating area to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and some quiet relaxation time between activities.
