When you step into the apartment and see the view facing you little else matters. It is spectacular. Twice we grabbed cheese, fruit and bread from the well-stocked grocery right outside the apt building and had dinner watching the sun set and the lights of the City rise. Host was very communicative and answers questions immediately. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you could need but really, who stays in NYC to cook or do laundry? A great central location with an easy walk to the subway and Penn Station. It was pretty perfect.

Perfect pied-a-terre in the middle of the bustling Midtown. The apartment is really lovely, clean, convenient and comfortable. Christina the host, is amazing, so responsive, and thoughtful. I missed nothing during my stay. Every little detail had been thought of and the view is absolutely incredible. I’m so happy I stayed here and hope to return in the future. If I could give it more stars I would.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The view is amazing and everything was exactly as listed. We regularly stay at VRBO’s and I can honestly say I’ve never stayed at one that had such a wonderfully comfortable bed and had plenty of all the supplies one needs at home. It was a worry free stay without needing to run out for supplies. Christina was impeccable in her response to any communication I had with her and her home is perfectly laid out and beautiful. I will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay here. As other guests have noted, the view of the city really is spectacular and, as the title says, unbeatable. We also could not have asked for a better host! She was so responsive and friendly, from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. The location is perfect for accessing Penn Station, which is just a block away, and serves as a good launch point for anywhere in the city you need to go. That was nice for us because, after lugging our bags from the airport and onto the train, we only had to turn the corner from the station to get to the place upon arriving. Super convenient. The building felt very safe and with the unit being on a higher floor, we slept well at night, away from the noise of the street. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Very convenient location to everything! Views from the apartment are amazing! We received prompt and accurate responses from the host. I would have liked that personal toiletries were put away and the refrigerator could use a deep cleaning and allowed to air out. Other than that our stay was amazing!

Fabulous 5 star getaway in the heart of midtown! In addition to the truly stunning views, this peaceful perch of an apartment offers an unexpected level of quiet that is rare in NYC. In addition to the incredibly comfortable bed, the space was thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both work and relaxation. Above all, Christina and Clinton were outstanding hosts, both easy to communicate with and thoughtfully accommodating. Being given the opportunity to check in early was priceless! A true gem amidst a sea of city options, Christina’s place checked all the boxes for a seamless, stress free, and unforgettable visit to midtown!

The stay was incredible. The apartment is exactly as appears in the pictures and the view is breathtaking. The apartment is in great condition and is very quiet which is an often a challenge when staying in Manhattan. The location is very central with lots of restaurants, shopping and access to several subway lines nearby. If you enjoy walking, it is very easy to walk down to Madison Square Park, Union Square or over to the HighLine and Hudson Yards. In just a few subway stops you can be at Central Park or Soho. Clinton was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and I would happily book here again.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. The location is perfect right by Penn Station, so getting around was a breeze. Whether I was heading to a meeting or exploring the city, everything was just a few minutes away. The view from the apartment was amazing. It was the perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day. The apartment itself was really comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The host was great, too super easy to communicate with and made check-in super smooth. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the city with a killer view. Will definitely stay here again
