Marchez jusqu'aux pistes de ski et à la ville - remodelé, WiFi, piscine, bains à remous - 7e nuit gratuite!

Cette propriété de 2 chambres + Loft condo 6 confortablement. Il dispose de meubles en cuir confortables, d'une cheminée à gaz, d'une terrasse et de la chambre principale, d'une grande télévision haute définition et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. C'est une unité de troisiÚme étage avec des plafonds voûtés, un plan d'étage ouvert et beaucoup de lumiÚre.

L'endroit parfait! En quelques minutes, vous pouvez marcher à la remontée mécanique à grande vitesse au Peak 9 ou à Main Street pour manger, faire du shopping, et la vie nocturne. Il ne est pas nécessaire de faire le tour et de regarder pour le stationnement.

Au niveau principal, il y a une chambre principale avec lit queen et une salle de bain complĂšte avec une grande douche.

À l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez une chambre avec lit queen-size, une mezzanine avec lit de repos et lit gigogne gigogne ainsi qu'une demi-salle de bain avec lavabo et toilettes. L’étage supĂ©rieur a un toit en pente, il n’est donc pas prĂ©fĂ©rable pour les personnes de grande taille.

La nouvelle piscine et le spa, ouverts en décembre 2018, sont situés juste en face du parking.

Le condo est idéal pour les couples ou les familles. Jeux et vidéos sont inclus. Il y a un casier à ski et une laverie gratuite au rez-de-chaussée.

EntiÚrement rénové à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec la nouvelle cuisine et la salle de bain principale, le nouveau tapis, la nouvelle peinture et les nouveaux téléviseurs. Ce est fantastique!

DĂ©solĂ©, mĂȘme les petits chiens et / ou les chiens bien Ă©levĂ©s ne sont pas autorisĂ©s .... Ceci est une unitĂ© au troisiĂšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur. Ceci est un condo non-fumeur.

We had a great time. The host communicated excellently before and during the stay. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, including garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, towels, etc. The unit is getting a bit dated, but was very clean. The mattresses could stand to be replaced but were manageable. The location of the pool and hot tubs was great and parking was very convenient. Not exactly a ski in/out unit, as there was a bit of a walk to the slopes, but again manageable as we did not have to get in the car each day, nor take a shuttle bus. All in all, a very nice stay for the price. Thanks.

Great Breckenridge condo for skiing! Plenty of space for family of 4 (4 adults - parents and two college-age kids). Easy walking access to Peak 9/Quicksilver SuperChair. The Condo has everything one would need to stay in but it is also a quick walk to Main St. and shops and restaurants. Very convenient location. Hot tubs and pool were very nice. The host communicates well and the information needed for a stay was promptly provided. I would stay at condo again and I would recommend it to others.

The condo was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. I would caution anyone that does not do steps to be aware that it is a long way up to the third level with luggage and groceries. Especially considering that two out of three of us had high altitude symptoms. The communication with the host was outstanding and provided pre-information on our stay and places to visit! Location was great and close proximity to downtown Breck. We were extremely busy so did not have time to take advantage of the pool or hot tub.

We booked this unit over the Thanksgiving holiday. There were six adults and the condo advertised that it sleeps six and it most certainly did. Bedding was very comfortable. We brought our turkey and stuffing precooked, but we did use the kitchen for all the other side dishes. The kitchen was very well equipt with everything that we needed and more. We also loved the pool and hot tub area, which was very near the condo and very nicely maintained. It was too cold out for us to use it, but the deck is quite large and would be wonderful during the summer. We will definately book again!

This is a great spot. The location is super convenient to downtown and we loved being able to walk everywhere. Having parking was also a plus. The condo is adorable and was perfect for our group of 5. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Easy walking distance to the heart of Breckenridge. Also, right next to a creek that our kids loved playing in and the kick-off to a fun hike. The pool is a great touch with also 4 hot tubs. Robin was great to work with!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was nicely stocked, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was a real treat too, after a long day of exploring. This condo was centrally located while still seeming very private, with views of trees and no upstairs neighbors. The hosts provided very thorough communications prior to check-in, making the process feel seamless.

Great stay at Breck

Very clean and well laid out and appointed. Short walk to the peak 9 ski lift. Love the high ceilings and great view. Very convenient to local grocery stores, restaurants and ski rental shops. Ground level ski locker was very convenient.

Wonderful Breckenridge Stay!

We loved this condo - perfect for our family of four! It is well designed and decorated for a ski vacation get away. Loved the storage bins and options for all the ski gear. So close to the Breckenridge downtown, so great for those who don't ski as well! We would definitely stay there again - thinking about a summer trip in the years to come.

Location

This is t technically ski in ski out but an easy 4 min walk will take u right to the base of qucksilver lift. If your kids are taking ski school sign up for “village base” area because it is right there as well! We parked and never had to move our car because it was another 5 min walk to main steeet in breck! All the shopping and restaurants were right there and we had the best time! Hot tubs right across the parking lot was perfect after a long day on the slopes! Kitchen fully stocked for a night in dining. Thanks again!

Well located and provisioned

The property was a great fit for our family of five. The ski school and lifts were only a three minute walk away. The hot tub and pool had warm temps. Kitchen was well provisioned with everything you need to prepare meals. Communication was excellent and easy check-in/out process. Thanks for a great stay!

Long walk to slopes - short walk to shuttle

Nice accommodations, but it's not a short walk to the slopes, it's a short walk to the free shuttle to the slopes. The description should indicate that this is a 3rd floor unit. One member of our group had difficulty climbing the steps secondary to cardiac issues. The unit itself was clean and comfortable.
