Beautiful home w/ amazing location, just a little more than 1 mile away from State Farm Arena, Westgate Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Casino, Peoria Sports Complex, and Top Golf. The home is less than a mile from Hwy 101, offering an excellent location. State Farm Arena is a $142 million venue where the AZ Cardinals and Coyotes play football and hockey.

The backyard features a HEATED Pebble-Tec POOL, Billiards, Mini-Putt-Putt, Jacuzzi, Ping-Pong Table, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, Foosball table, and Jenga. Each room has Smart TVs with Cable. The home is internet/Wi-Fi ready and offers 24-hour check-in with a Smart Lock (No Key Needed).

This house truly has it all. The backyard is the equivalent of a high-end resort with beautiful custom landscaping valued at $100k. It includes outdoor Travertine flooring around the Pebble-Tec pool, a Hot Tub, 9 TVs, a custom Kitchen-Aid BBQ with kitchenette and outdoor stove, a 6-person firepit table with a custom Pergola, a 2-person daybed, 4 loungers, and a rocking lounger with a blue umbrella. The pool also features a waterfall with a new LED light.

In the backyard, you'll find several games, including mini-putt putt, ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and Jenga. Inside the home, you'll find classic board games such as Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards Against Humanity, and another game called "What Do You Meme."

As soon as you walk into the kitchen, you’ll notice custom Jenn-Air appliances, a new Samsung refrigerator, and an induction cooktop. There's also a custom 8-person quartz waterfall table. The family room features a beautiful, custom-built fireplace.

As for the bathrooms, each one boasts beautiful, high-end tile and finishes. Every bathroom includes LED mirrors that light up at the touch of a button. One bathroom features shower jets for a massage experience. The master bathroom includes a soaking black tub, and the other two bathrooms feature rainfall showerheads.

Each bedroom has its own TV with Cable access, along with hotel-quality mattresses and sheets. Each room also includes wall receptacles with USB ports next to the lamps, allowing you to charge your handheld devices, tablets, or other smart devices faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).

The game room features a Connelly pool table with 2 pub tables and a cordoza.

Optional Service Fees:
Pets: $200 per stay +taxes and VRBO fees (Max of 2 Dogs only with approval before booking)

Early Check-in/Late Check-Out: $400(+taxes and VRBO fees) per request (subject to staff availability)
Note, the home must be cleaned for check-in by 4:00 PM for the next guest.

Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:
- $225 first day
- $150 each additional day +taxes and VRBO fees
Scheduling and payment for heating service is best completed at the time of your initial booking, however this can be added up to 3 days before check-in. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes 2-3 full days to warm.
This fee is non-refundable, pleases evaluate the weather during your stay and decide if you want the pool heated. We do not offer the option to heat the pool partially during your stay.

1 BBQ Propane Tank is provided per stay. Additional tanks are available for purchase at $50 per tank +taxes and VRBO fees. Additional tanks can be used to operate the gas fire pit table.

Access to the garage, outdoor shed, and one closet used for supplies is restricted. Please note that Bedroom 7 does not have a window but does have a closet.

A maximum of 4 cars are allowed.

For sanitation reasons, we do not provide pool floats due to sun exposure.
We also do not supply lounge cushions; we recommend using a white towel on sun loungers, similar to a hotel setup. Please use white towels for all needs.

Extra umbrellas are available in the storage shed or behind the white fence—let us know if you'd like additional umbrellas.

Due to Arizona's extreme weather, it’s challenging to keep outdoor furniture and cushions completely spotless.

Please note that the BBQ grill is not cleaned by our staff. Please clean after your use.

Additionally, members of our team, including landscaping and pool maintenance crews, may visit the property during your stay. These visits are essential for maintaining the home and cannot be rescheduled or delayed.

Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
