We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Spacious and ideal for large families or groups, this home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The layout is designed for both comfort and privacy, with multiple living areas perfect for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the large dining area is great for shared meals and conversation. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for restful sleep, and the three bathrooms make getting ready a breezeâeven for larger groups. Enjoy added conveniences like high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry facilities, and heated pool and spa!. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, this home is perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or extended stays. This home is conveniently located near major freeways, including I-10 and Loop 101, making it easy to explore the West Valley and greater Phoenix area. -Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
