Come relax at this Mediative Stay. Here, you'll be close to the center town and out of the chaos. It's significantly quieter in this area of town so you will be close to all the action and will get a great night of sleep afterwards. San Juan shuts the city water off often. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks so your stay isn't affected by this.

Great Location:
- 3 min walk to Downtown (Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, fruit and veggie market etc.)
- 3 min to the SJDS beach.
- 5 min walk to the pier
- 2 blocks away from central park
- taxis and shuttles available to explore all of the beaches nearby
You can walk everywhere in town or take a taxi out of town. There is also street parking if you want to rent a moto or a car. (We offer better rates on private car rentals as well).
Things to note:
Nicaragua does experience power and water outages from time to time. It is a part of the lifestyle here and we all flow with it as it comes. Nicaragua doesnât have a mail or email system so we arenât given any notice when this happens, (we find out when you do). In the off chance that this happens during your stay, we apologize in advance as these outages are out of our control. That being said, we do what we can to make things more comfortable for you. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks (about 3500L of water), so we tend to have water available when a lot of San Juan does not â€ïžđđ.
No guests, parties, pets, or smoking in the building.
No food in the pool and PLEASE USE the SHOWER before going in. There are plastic cups to use in the courtyard.
Quiet time is from 9pm - 8am.
Please clean up after yourself so that everyone has a clean space to enjoy.
