The home is internet/Wi-Fi ready and offers 24-hour check-in with a Smart Lock (no key needed). Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and cable. The complex includes 2 community heated pools, a Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and 2 dog parks. Please note, once the temperature drops below 70°F for over a week, the pool heater will be turned off. There is no additional fee for pool heating.

But beyond the pictures, we’ve focused on providing a 5-star guest experience, starting with the bedrooms. We selected high-quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows after carefully reading reviews to ensure a comfortable night’s rest. To enhance the home’s appeal, I hired an interior decorator to give it that 'wow' factor.

Everything in the home is brand new—from the coffee machines to the TVs, mattresses, furniture, silverware, and more. This isn’t a 'budget vacation rental'; I’ve put in the effort to pay attention to every detail. I take great pride in being a good host and ensuring that you feel right at home during your vacation. in the closet.

Family room- Convertible sofa sleeper (sofa becomes flat and can accommodate 2 people.

Optional Extra Fees:
Pet Fee: $200+ tax and fees per stay (Maximum of 2 pets with owner approval before booking)

Early Check-in/Late Check-Out Fee: $400+ tax and fees per request (subject to availability). Please note, the home must be cleaned and ready for check-in by 4:00 PM for the next guest.

Please note that the pool may be reserved for a private session with approval from the HOA. Please reach out to me if this is something you may be interested in.

Guests can access everything inside the home except for the cleaning closet and outdoor shed (used for cleaning supplies)

Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars in reserved spots. Additional "visitor" parking is available. Please be diplomatic if others park in these spots, HOA may tow.

Noise: Please keep sliding and front doors closed, especially after 10PM, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise after 10 PM or unregistered guests can result in a $1,000 fee or termination of your stay.

This property is a townhouse. Guests are allowed to park up to 2 cars in the complex.
Access to outdoor shed is restricted.

In-unit washer and dryer are elevated and a step stool is provided.

The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
