Welcome to an exquisite blend of luxury and comfort in this modern, eclectic, two-story Old Southwest beauty. This home is nestled in the highly sought-after Newlands Manor District. The beautifully designed retreat offers three spacious ensuite bedrooms plus a cozy gym/bedroom combination. Four full-upscale bathrooms provide the ideal space for relaxation and unwinding.

Step inside to be greeted by stunning vaulted ceilings that soar above the dining room, giving the home an open and airy feel. The living room's cozy fireplace adds an inviting ambiance, perfect for warm relaxation after a long day.
The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight featuring 2 refrigerators, two ovens, gas and induction stove tops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
The luxurious primary bedroom offers two large walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate relaxation. The primary suite showcases a shower/steamer located in an upscale marbled walk-in shower and a large claw-foot iron soaking tub where you can truly unwind. Bedroom ensuite 3 offers a large walk-in steam shower, located on the main floor, where the charming bedroom sliding door leads to a beautiful courtyard patio with a hot tub, lounge chairs, fire pit, and outdoor dining area for 6. Each of the 4 luxurious bathrooms has been carefully designed to provide the feeling of staying at a resort spa.

I couldn't have asked for a better guests, with my first experience with hosting. Betty was great at communicating suggestions and observations that might enhance the vacationer's overall experience. The house was left very clean and all trash put away. I would be happy to have her stay again.

Weekend Stay

Great place and a great location! House had pleanty of luxuries and amenities, including some great showers. Everything was so close by and it was easy to come and go as we needed for a wedding.The host was very responsive and fixed an issue with the internet by reaching out to the internet provider before we even realized there was an issue. We really appreciated them being so on top of it, especially since it was an issue out of their control!Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Will certainly keep the place in mind if we come out to Reno again.

The home is nestled in the highly sought after, Newlands Historic District of Reno's Old Southwest, one of Reno's most prestigious and historically significant neighborhoods. Newlands encompasses 171 acres, developed with handsome and diverse homes, quiet tree lined streets provide a cozy pedestrian feel. Walking through the Newlands treats residents and visitors to stunning autumn colors in the fall as falling foliage provides a better view of homes which are often hidden by luscious tree canopies during the spring and summer months. The landscape is quaint, charming and offers an abundant variety of architectural styles. Bordered by the Truckee River to the north, south Arlington to the east, Monroe street to the south and Keystone to the west transitions to quick walkable access to restaurants in mid-town, concerts on the truckee River and art/museum displays in nearby downtown Reno.

An exquisite blend of luxury and comfort are presented in this recently renovated modern, eclectic beauty. Although the garage is not available there are 2 off-street parking spaces in the driveway and at least 4 on this corner lot home.
Step inside to be greeted by stunning vaulted ceilings that soar above the dining room, giving the home an open and airy feel. The living room's cozy fireplace adds an inviting ambiance, perfect for unwinding after an adventurous day and exploring all that Reno has to offer.
Custom window treatments add a touch of elegance throughout, while the well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream. The kitchen features 2 refrigerators, a double oven, a gas and induction stovetop, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
The luxurious primary ensuite, located upstairs offers a walk-in closet, a clawfoot iron soaking tub, and a marble walking steam shower. Two other bedrooms are also spacious ensuites and the 4th bedroom has a cozy bedroom gym combination. The gorgeous bathroom with marble wainscoting and spalike shower is just a few feet away and also serves as the powder room.
The fully fenced patio is perfect for enjoying the warm morning sunshine or quiet evenings. The space includes a large hot tub with a gazebo, a dining area, a fireplace, comfortable seating, and elegant lighting.
Washer and dryer sets are located on both floors for convenience.
Whether you're here for a long-term stay or a short retreat, this home provides the perfect combination of convenience, elegance, and comfort.
Exterior surveillance cameras and a Ring doorbell are also installed to provide additional support and safety to guests. The cameras are located in the driveway, the front door, the back yard, the fenced side patio, and hot tub areas.
