Walking from the stairs to the apartment, you are greeted by a vaulted ceiling with open living and kitchen areas. Large windows showcase views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has comfortable seating including a recliner, a sleeper sofa for additional guests and a large smart tv. The stone fireplace is the perfect spot for cooler evenings. The kitchen features custom cabinets, modern appliances and a large island with seating for enjoying meals. The bedroom has with a king bed and ample closet space. There is a dedicated workspace in the bedroom and views of the mountains. The ensuite bathroom features a step in shower and ample space to get ready for the day.
In the hallway outside of the main apartment is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the outdoors with patio seating and a gas grill.
The apartment is located above the homeowner's shop and on the same property as the homeowners primary residence.
*Interior stairwell has 28 stairs leading to the upstairs apartment.

Monthly Rental Information: For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
