This cabin is a lakeside, tree-lined camp retreat on Toddy Pond. Enjoy the pond view and birdsong from your private deck. The open-floor plan offers a queen size main bed, and a combination full and twin bunk for up to 5 people. A kitchenette, full bathroom and dining table are part of the cozy cabin. A few steps through the pines gives you access the small beach and floating dock and a chance to catch your own fish.

This property boasts stunning views, floating dock and small beach - perfect for swimming, kayaking and loon watching. The home sits on frontage of a pristine cove of Toddy Pond - a beautiful, peaceful and natural setting. A firepit, lobster pot, grill, outdoor screenhouse, and free use of kayaks, canoes(complete with paddles and life jackets) provide an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining.
There are 3 other cottages on the property, about 100 yards apart. All property guests have access to the small private beach another other amenities listed above.

The place was clean and just as the post noted. It was on the water (close but not right on which was kind of nice honestly) and the cabin was cozy. I was the only one staying there so there was lots of room for me to put my stuff out as I wanted but I think it could easily fit a handful of people if thats what youre looking for! It was a midway point to a lot of one-day trips I wanted to do as well as a perfect place it sit and relax in the mornings and evenings.

This was a great place for us. The view was beautiful and the cabin was very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The check in and check out processes were very easy. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with as well as the property manager. We truly enjoyed the property and most likely willl book again.

Had trouble getting out of the lake, as the ladder on the dock didn’t come down far enough. Bring water shoes so you can walk out at the rocky beach. Full disclosure, I’m in my eighties, so there is that!

they only have pots, so bring a pan. also no working coffee maker- plan ahead if your mornings depend on coffee

The pan must have been misplaced, as that is something we usually stock and I’ve confirmed it’s made its way back to the cabin, as well as a brand new coffee maker. I hope you were able to get your coffee after I was able to offer the substitute coffee maker, coffee is definitely essential!

This is hopefully a helpful review to point out the amazing stuff and the issues we discovered.Best bits - it is in wonderful location, accessible to local attractions, nestled in cove of a beautiful lake. Enjoying sun rise at dawn was magical. There is huge outdoor shared space, use of kayaks, and new gas outdoor shared bbq. The cabin was very clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable.The rest - The cabin is tiny, very small studio setup (double bed and bunks) panelled off corner bathroom with louvre door (little privacy for teenage son). The cooking facilities are like camping. A small camp stove, two tiny pans, few utensils. We tried to cook simple pasta and sauce, and eggs in morning but with difficulty for three. It is only suitable for cooking simple food for a single person, or making coffee/reheating food (huge microwave). The bbq outside is available but we weren’t prepared for this on first night. The bathroom sink is only sink in property. You do all your washing up in it, it can get a bit icky if you do cook. Location - The property was a difficult to find. The pin click-through on website took us to the wrong house on Google Maps. Read any instructions carefully, more signage/numbered cabins would help. A beautiful spot, location wise it was perfect, but best if you eat out and/or don’t create much washing up. It has four beds but not ideal for more than two due to its tiny size and amenities. We have happy memories of kayaking around Toddy Pond!

The best stay in a cozy cabin! We will definitely be back. Perfect location to get to hikes, parks and restaurants. So much to do right on the property, fishing-swimming-kayaking. Star gazing on the dock was phenomenal. Scenery was beautiful. Communication for check in and out was stellar.

Cabin review

Our stay could not have been better, as the cabin offers everything you need for a great family vacation. We were amazed by the view of the lake, and all the facilities that the cabin had. Everything was found clean and in order, and the cabin felt very cozy as well! The owner and property manager are very attentive. Overall, I fully recommend the cabin, as it was the perfect place to stay for our vacation, specially in the summer.

This is basically a storage shed with plumbing and electricity. No insulation. I think it would be fine in warm weather, but was chilly at night, we're not comfortable depending on space heaters. It was a bit difficult to sort out which was ours, even with the directions, i had to get out to walk to look at the signs. Putting signs on the back would help, also gravel or paving the area would be beneficial for anyone with rear wheel drive in the rain. It was clean, and the view was nice! Kayaks there for use, which is why I chose this, unfortunately it rained all day our free day.
