Huckleberry Ledge - with beach access. 22 miles from Acadia Nat'l Park

Charming rustic cottage with lots of privacy and nearby ocean access features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and is perfect for your family wanting to be only 22 miles to the entrance to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The cottage is very convenient to shopping and restaurants in Blue Hill and Ellsworth and a great lobster shack is just a few miles away.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed on the main floor. There is a bath with tub/shower combo and vanity. There is a washer & dryer on the main floor. The large upstairs bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds.

The kitchen is stocked for your basic cooking needs. All bed linens and towels are included. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks in the sunroom watching for the local wildlife - deer, turkey, and eagles to name just a few. There is a lovely yard for children play time and the ocean is just an easy minute walk away.

Perfect!

This property is beautiful! It's surrounded by trees and felt private, even though there are other homes nearby. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The sunroom has been redone since the photos posted. It's a wonderful place to have coffee or an evening glass of wine. My family enjoyed walking down to the water, exploring the beach. We saw jellyfish and hermit crabs. The location was perfect. We were close enough to Acadia and lots of other wonderful towns. We absolutely loved it and hope to return!

Beautiful Cottage

This property is clean, well maintained, and well stocked. It was a perfect size for our family of 4. It is exactly as advertised. Our kids loved that the tv had their favorite apps to watch their shows. We loved the privacy and beauty of location.

Great secluded clean cabin

Trip was awesome, the house was clean and had extra games for the family to enjoy. Fairly close to anything you want to go or do and being so close to the bay provides a great addition to a vacation property! Great communication from host and fully furnished for cooking.

Peaceful

This was a great getaway to a very peaceful quiet location with a very private beach area in a cove with a great view of fishing boats. Very convenient to Bar Harbor, Northeast Harbor and Ellsworth. So much to do and so little time!

Great cottage by the water

We had a great stay! It’s a small cottage but perfect for our family of 4 (plus one dog). Love the location by the water which we visited each day. The boys even went in even in the chilly May weather! Loved our stay overall. Thank you!

Huckleberry Ledge was the perfect spot. Had everything I needed. Very comfortable and quiet. Not to far from Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. The beach area needs some cleanup.

No problems after you figure out where all the light switches are. Very cozy. Easy drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia.
