My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. I fell and broke my hip on May 23rd this year so I was afraid I would not be able to enjoy the ocean; however I was able to get in the ocean. I also used the pool each day to do my therapy and that really helped me a lot.

Great property! Parking spot convenient to door. Door convenient to elevator and stairs. Trash chute super convenient. Plenty of beach towels and toys left from other guests: Lots of chairs, a cooler, a kid's life vest, noodles, floats, and other toys. Layout was perfect for 7 women on a gals trip. The balcony was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of things to do in walking distance. And a short drive to the boardwalk. Very easy to get to the property from the airport. Whatever we needed we could walk and get - snacks, more sunblock, etc. It was all right there. We felt safe the entire time we were there.

We loved the apartment. Great size and good condition and location. Just a couple of suggestions. Balcony door needs some adjustment. And it will be much better if check out is at 12 instead 10 am so we can enjoy the beach in the morning. Beside that, everything else was nice.

We had a wonderful stay here in Madeira Beach! The condo was very clean, the perfect size for our family, and had all the items we needed to feel comfortable during our trip. We had a wonderful time in Madeira Beach at Las Brisas. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the floors upon arrival but host rectified it for us quickly. The balcony is perfect, pool is warm, kitchen well-equipped, location was just excellent lots of amenities nearby. Very quiet and overall we loved our time, best beach in the whole world honestly.

View is a 10. Great family sized condo - 10.Cleanliness was a 2. The floors were so dirty. There was food on one of the frayed teflon frying pans. While we were down on the beach, Someone allowed pest control come into the condo, without notice, and treat the condo with some chemical. We had small children with us. Playing on the floor that was just treated with a pesticide. We felt violated.

It is a nice looking unit with great view but I would not stay here again or recommend. The floors are filthy. See picture of cleaning a small water spill. We did not take our shoes off at all once we realized this. It is not sand from the beach; they are just not washed. The unit was also extremely musty and the bed linens were damp the entire visit. I understand this is a beachfront property and there will be some dampness but a dehumidifier is needed badly here. Also the primary bed is very high off the ground. I traveled with elderly relatives who could not get on the bed. A stool would have been nice. If we were staying longer we would have reached out to management about these issues. We dealt with it and tried to just enjoy our time at the beach. Not a place I’d return to.

The view and location were amazing! The condo had a good amount of space for our family and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and beach supplies were a nice addition. Resort Rentals very nice and helpful! A few things could use improvement though. Refrigerator needs to be replaced, had to buy water and ice. The master bedroom bed was excessively tall! I had to get a chair to get in and out of it! A K-cup would have been wonderful! Other than that, it’s a great property!

Madiera Beach Vacay

We enjoyed 4 nights at Madiera Beach. We loved the sunset views from the balcony, the proximity and beauty of the beach. We plan to return!

Beach vacation

Nice views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and other entertainment in walking distance.

Enjoyed our Stay!

Super easy to check-in and check-out. Property is easy to access and is right on the beach! Pool was warm! Which was great!!

The view is amazing!! Couldn’t ask for better!! The inside of the condo could use a little work. The door to the balcony is so hard to open, we had to use the door from primary bedroom. The blinds in the bedroom by the front door were broken and need replaced. The reclining power sofa was broken as well.One of the beach umbrellas was broken and could not be used. There are no beach towels. There are plenty of beach chairs and two coolers! I did not receive any check in information and when I called the customer service rep was somewhat rude and insisted I received information.. she sent it “again” and low and behold I not only received an email but a text message as well…We have stayed in another condo in this building and zero issues. Our issues with this condo were minimal but for the price of the stay and rude customer representative it could be better. Overall, not a bad place to stay it was clean and the view and beach access are amazing!!!!

We’re especially sorry for the frustration you experienced during check-in and the interaction with our team.
