Designed for togetherness, our warm and inviting cabin features a comfortable living room with a plush sofa and a charming wood-burning stone fireplaceâperfect for cozy chats, laughter, and late-night hot cocoa. A brand-new 50â Smart TV (with Blu-ray and streaming services like Netflix and Hulu) is ready for movie marathons, while board games, chess, and cards ensure fun-filled evenings for all.
The Kitchen
Cooking is a breeze in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, blender, electric skillet, toaster, and coffee pot. The spacious countertops and breakfast bar provide extra seating, making it the perfect spot for prepping meals and enjoying family-style dining.
Outdoor Fun
The cabin is surrounded by majestic 10 pine trees, creating a serene and picturesque mountain escape. Step outside to the large back deck and take in the fresh mountain air. Fire up the propane barbecue for a group cookout or enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful forest views. The fully fenced backyard offers a safe space for kids (and adults!) to play and explore.
Conveniences
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway, so you can pack light and keep your gear freshâwhether after a day on the slopes or a fun day at the lake.
The Bedrooms
âą Master Bedroom: A cozy retreat with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV with Roku, a DVD player, and a private en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Enjoy a collection of DVDs for a quiet movie night or some personal recharge time.
âą Second Bedroom: Ideal for families or friends, featuring a queen bed and a full futon/roll-away for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Parking Instructions: The cabin offers convenient parking spots located to the left of the house, providing space for two cars to park side by side. With easy access right next to the house, unloading your gear or groceries is a breeze, making your stay even more comfortable.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.
(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.
(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM â 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.
(5) Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.
(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.
(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.
(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls â any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.
(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.
(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.
(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.
Please keep in mind you must be 21 years old to book.
