Nestled in the highly sought after Sandpiper Cove, you have every amenity at your fingertips for a perfect stay. Whether it be a round on the 9-hole golf course, relaxing by the canal, taking a dip in one of the seasonally heated community pools & hot tubs, tennis & pickleball, enjoying the private gated beach - we're sure to have something to enjoy every moment of your stay.



The Space:

Anchors Up is a second floor two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the sought after Sandpiper Cove Resort. Enjoy amenities, amenities, amenities! Start with a cool beverage of choice right outside your living room overlooking a hole of the 9-hole course. There is plenty of space inside with a full kitchen, dining table for 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 that's open concept as soon as you walk in! Our kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Relax on the trendy vinyl sofa that converts to a Queen size bed with top of the line commercial grade mattress for sleeping. Enjoy the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and let the kids enjoy the second bedroom with two Twin bunks!

• Bedroom 1: King bed, dresser, closet space, Smart TV with standard cable, occasional chair to relax in. There is a bonus area right inside the room that can be utilized as a vanity, or a "work from home" built-in desk space!

• Bedroom 2: Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, closet space, and a TV.



>> Bathrooms <<

• Both bathrooms offer a standard sink, vanity, toilet, and bath & shower combo. We provide bath towels, wash cloths, and a hair dryer for guests to use during their stay. A courtesy supply of toilet paper & single use hotel style soap is provided, but please be sure to bring any additional toiletries needed.



>> Tiny Travelers & Pets <<

• We have a pack & play, high chair, and plastic cutlery/dishes/cups for our tiny travelers. These items are always at the condo, and available for guest use.

• We are pet friendly, with a one time $50 fee for up to two pets. We do require that your pet is house trained, leashed when outside in common areas, cleaned up after both indoors and outdoors, crated when left unattended, and not permitted on furniture at any time. This price is not included in your booking price, unless you've selected to add your pet as a "guest". Otherwise, it is a payment request that will be sent over after your booking to be paid prior to check in.

You’re in the exclusive gated community of Sandpiper Cove, right in the heart of Destin! Enjoy a short stroll to the beach with 1,100 feet of private access, or walk to nearby restaurants. Shopping and local attractions are just a quick drive away, making this location perfect for a relaxing yet convenient getaway.



Getting Around:

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 52 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 53 miles
