The space
It is a 800 Sqft One-Bedroom Apartment, having closed kitchen one full washroom and one half washroom. The apartment is equipped with one double bed and L-shaped sofa, in total accommodating 4 people. Extra blankets and single mattresses can be provided upon request.

Dubai Marina is one of the most favorite places in Dubai, and every year millions of tourists visit the area, to explore multiple activities in the area. Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Check-in procedure

Check-in can be done anytime, and passport copies are required for all the guests before the check-in as it is a requirement of the building management.

Public Transport Access

The building is located at 10 minutes’ walk from the metro station. The metro station has the red line metro which connects to all major Dubai destinations, and it also has a tram station that runs through Dubai Marina, JBR branch and Palm Jumeirah.

Road Access

The building connects with one of the major roads of Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road, which also connects to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and all major areas of Dubai.
