A beloved bakery cafĂ© is located on the first floor, making mornings especially sweet!

Both bedrooms feature king beds dressed in luxurious linens and generous closet space. The serene bathrooms offer quartz surfaces and walk in showers. A stack washer and dryer are tucked into a separate closet for guest use.

This newly restored apartment showcases a tranquil color palette, distinctive artwork, and modern décor layered with historic details. Original woodwork and flooring remain throughout, along with original brick fireplaces in the living area and primary bedroom. Step out onto the classic piazza to enjoy views of the charming streets below.

The kitchen is outfitted with artisan tile work, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. A kitchen island seats three, while the dining table comfortably seats six. Sparkling dinnerware and cooking essentials are provided.

The building was lovingly restored in 2018 by a couple from New York City and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The apartment honors Dianna Brown, Charlestonâs first Black female antique dealer, who built a thriving business here in the early 20th century despite the challenges of her time.
