The Jack O Lantern Resort, our condos offer a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. This unit consist of a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private patios. Guests can unwind in style and convenience, enjoying access to resort amenities such as swimming pools, fitness facilities, scenic hiking trails, and a golf course next door. Whether you're seeking a retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, our condo provides the perfect home base for your vacation.
This 3-bedroom plus loft condo features a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, three queen beds in the third, and a twin bed in the loft.
Enjoy the spacious and updated dining area, living room, mudroom, 2.5 bathrooms, and fully-equipped kitchen.
You will love access to our indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, game room, brand new playground, tennis court, and basketball hoop.
For avid golfers or those eager to test their swing, The Jack Golf Course is just next door
When winter comes around, you can hit the slopes at nearby ski areas like Loon (10 minutes away), Cannon (30 minutes away), and Waterville Valley (30 minutes away).
Enquire about golf stay and play packages within.
1.Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters at the end of your stay. A $50 disposal fee will be charged for any trash left in the unit.
2.Parking: Only two vehicles per unit are allowed in the designated parking area. Do not park on grass or walkways. Additional vehicles must use the overflow parking lots. Illegally parked vehicles will incur a $200 fine per vehicle, per incident. Any fines imposed by the HOA will be charged to the tenant.
3.Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
4.Inspections and Damages: All units will be inspected upon departure for any misuse or damages.
5.Outdoor Fire Pits: Outdoor fire pits are not permitted as per the condominium HOA regulations.
6.Poolhouse Access: Each unit is issued poolhouse access key cards. Cards must be returned at the end of the rental. Lost cards will incur a $100 charge per card.
