Chalet récemment rénové de deux chambres situé à proximité du parc national et de la célèbre carrière de gypse à partir de 1911.
À seulement 5 minutes du village de Cheticamp, des restaurants locaux, des épiceries, de la musique locale, etc.
Les sentiers de randonnée qui partent de notre chalet vous conduiront au lac artificiel de l'exploitation minière datant de 1911 à 1939.
Au cours de la saison de pêche locale, nous pouvons vous fournir un délicateur de cuisinier ou de plat de crabe à votre porte avec un supplément.

Beautiful property with a lovely gazebo, perfect for relaxing in a quiet spot but still close enough to get to town easily. This was our second stay in this cottage and it was perfect.

The location of this cottage is wonderful, a little outside of Cheticamp, very nice and quiet, no other houses in sight. The home itself is well appointed and clean. The hosts were very friendly. We had a perfect stay!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

The property is in a nice and clean in a relaxing and quiet wooded area. The outdoor screen room is a nice addition to sit and relax in the fresh air. Great location at the start of the Cabot Trail.

Wonderful spot along the Cabot Trail

Everything was great. The host is very responsive and they went out of their way to make sure we were set up and comfortable. They also offered tips on things to do in the area. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Cheticamp Cottage

Staying at this cottage in Cheticamp was a great break from the hotels/motels we had been staying in during our East Coast vacation. The cottage is updated, everything was very clean, the washing machine came in really handy, and Marcel was a great host. Our girls especially loved visiting the gypsum quarry nearby for a swim. Overall an excellent stay!

Cute cabin in the woods

Nicely kept stand alone cabin just outside Cheticamp. Conveniently located near Cape Breton National Park and local restaurants. Hosts met us in town and guided us to the cabin.

Lovely little chalet very close to the Highlands Natl Park

Marcel and Angela were lovely hosts who guided us by car to this lovely chalet. Clean and with all amenities needed, we enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the evening. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to the National Park and also easy 10 minutes to town for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great spot!! Exactly as listed.

We have stayed at many spots found on VRBO and this is one of the better ones. Very clean, exactly as listed and if you want a quiet local, this is it. The only thing better would be if a bear or moose walked by the front porch while I read my book! The quarry nearby was great as well as the proximity to Cape Breton.

Private getaway

Owners were super friendly and accommodating. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, more than I had even expected. It was immaculate. The location was amazing. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful area. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Wonderfulness in the Woods

Such a great property. Marcel and Angela provided a very clean, well built and well appointed lodging. The beds were firm offering a great night's sleep for exploring the area the next day. We will stay there again if we come to the area and will certainly tell all of our friends if they are traveling to Cheticamp to book the LeBron camp!!

Beautiful!

Had a great time. Location is close to town but very private. Chalet is lovely with plenty of amenities. Short easy hike to amazing gypsum mine. Tons of stars at night. Hosts are very sweet. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place with great kitchen, living room and both bedrooms were comfortable and great mattresses. Super clean and tidy! Only suggestion would be tv access instructions. Not everyone does streaming.

Family reunion

We visited Cheticamp for my family reunion and this property was the perfect quiet getaway. The area was lovely. So quiet and close to the gypsum mine swimming pond that we visited with a group of my cousins. We were there during a heat wave but the heat pump kept the place nice and cool. Our only difficulty was the water pressure was low in the shower, hard to rinse off after a day at the beach and had a strong iron and sulfur smell so we opted to drink bottled water The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to messages. Cell service is not great in Cheticamp in general so having wifi was great.

Terrific!

Highly recommend this quiet cottage! Easy access to Chéticamp and the national park. We do suggest packing drinking water and paper products. Oh, and the Keurig should be ditched for a drip coffee maker. Keurigs are environmentally a poor choice, and the coffee not very good. We used our own coffee in the refillable pods. But this is a terrific place!

Le chalet est très jolie et il étais très propre. Bien équipé pour passé un agréable séjours. Nous avons apprécié le gazebo extérieur les lits étaient confortable. Par contre il y avait beaucoup de fourmis à l'intérieur du chalet ce qui nous a déplu un peu .
