Tucked away in Hominy Valley, this property is convenient to several area attractions including the North Carolina Arboretum, the Biltmore Estate, and downtown Asheville for fantastic shopping and dining opportunities.

This suite occupies the upper floor of a hillside home, offering its own entrance and a private deck out back. Step inside this very inviting home and discover a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen complete with a gas cooktop and all the appliances, utensils, and accessories you need to prepare everyone's favorite dishes. You'll also find a gas grill outside for warm-weather cookouts on your furnished deck or for when you just want to spice up your home-cooked menu. Dine together at the kitchen table or in the adjacent, more formal dining area - perfect for your laptops or playing a few rainy day board games. After meals, take a seat in the sun-kissed front living area and watch TV into the evening.

This home also includes central air-conditioning and a shared washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Things to Know
The lower unit has a permanent occupant. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
