Enjoy being close to everything! This vacation rental is 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, 5 minutes from Biltmore Village, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Pkwy! Perfect for your family vacation or friend's getaway. Close to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking, and any necessities. This cozy home is complete with a hot tub, fire pit, spacious back deck with dining and lounge area, fenced-in back yard, and full kitchen. Sleeps 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 1 futon. Dogs are welcome, and the backyard is completely fenced in. EV charger is available on-site and compatible with all electric vehicles (Tesla owners must provide their own adapter).

The hostess Rachel kept in touch regularly to make sure everything was good and we had everything we needed the check-in process was seamless. The home was in a great location with easy access. The home was extremely well appointed including coffee and creamer, laundry detergent, and even dog treats. The home was very clean and the kitchen appliances were updated.

We enjoyed our stay! Rachel, our host, was very responsive and helpful. The house is comfy with nice touches throughout (soaps, etc.) and the fenced in yard was really nice for our pups! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely time!

Easy access to city

Great access to get into town. Clean with a comfortable "lived in" feel, easy to communicate, perfect for our dog. Busy street despite it being small but noise didnt bother us.

Great Asheville location that is pet friendly

Overall stay was excellent as Rachel was very responsive as a host and addressed any questions immediately. The house is older than the pictures depict and on a busy street with some traffic noise. It is in a great location close to downtown Asheville and other great area attractions. The house was well stocked and the coffee and dog supplies were most appreciated.

Biltmore trip

My family stayed here to visit the Biltmore. It is extremely close to the grounds. It was perfect for our needs especially being dog friendly.

Cute House, Great Location

The house is great. It was comfortable and clean. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were excellent. Communication with the owners was positive. We were given appropriate instructions ahead of time, which was very helpful and appreciated. If we asked questions, they were answered in a timely manner. House location was great and made it easy to get to the attractions we wanted to get to while staying in Asheville. Would stay here again!

Amazing Stay

What an amazing property! Super clean, well stocked, (thanks for the coffee!) and comfortable. We stayed one night, although I wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub and firepit. Rachel was a very responsive host, and you can tell she cares about your stay. All beds were comfy, super easy access and great location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!

The property is beautiful! The furnishings and amenities were lovely. Host interactions were professional and courteous. We loved the comfort of the home and location was fantastic. Would recommend and would book again with Rachel. Extra bonus we were able to bring our pup!

Great location and property!

We were in town for a wedding and the home was just as described. The fenced backyard amenities were especially nice for us as we were traveling with a dog. We did not get to do sightseeing this visit but would definitely stay at this property again. Property owners were great!

Family getaway

Had a mountain getaway from the hustle of the busy Charlotte life. Kids had fun playing in the backyard. Close to everything! Beds are comfortable very accommodating

Asheville getaway!

We had a great stay! The home, while on a somewhat busy road, had a great fenced in backyard for the dogs to play. The house had everything we needed and was located close to coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown. We were able to do some hiking in the area as well (just about an hour or so from the home). Would stay again!

Our second stay here and just as wonderful!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first!! We were there longer this time for my sisters elopement and did lot more and the location could not have been any better! Love the backyard of this house so much!
