Welcome to our newly built, farmhouse-style home, perfectly situated in the heart of Downtown Watkinsville!

Our home is 6 miles from UGA and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, The Wire Park, as well as The Thomas Farm Preserve with biking and hiking trails.

Step inside and discover a thoughtfully designed space with cozy yet spacious interiors. With five bedrooms—each with its own private bathroom—our home is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers seeking comfort and privacy. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the inviting living room to a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook and gather.

Home Highlights:
• Main Floor: King bedroom with an ensuite bath, a den with a Queen sleeper sofa, a dining room, a half bath, and a laundry room.

• Upstairs: A luxurious master suite with a King bed, ensuite bath, and dual vanities, plus two additional bedrooms—each with a King bed and private bath. The fifth bedroom features two King beds, a workspace and a full bathroom.

• Outdoor Spaces: Relax on the large screened-in deck with cozy seating, enjoy a meal on the patio with a grill and dining table for 8, or gather around the fire pit for a perfect evening under the stars.

Movie nights and live music are scheduled on some nights.

Visit The Thomas Farm Preserve located less than 1 mile from our home. The Preserve features a picturesque setting with scenic ponds, walking and hiking trails right in the center of downtown Watkinsville.

We had such a wonderful time - the home was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and impressively stocked. The location was fantastic (less than 5 minutes to food and to a local park). Highly recommend!!

This house and the owner was so wonderful!! Everything was super clean and very beautifully decorated! The game zone was fun for our kids and we all had such a great stay!! Will be booking again!

This house was an absolute pleasure to stay in. From the great location to the comfortable bedding and beautiful bathrooms, everything was seamless and well thought out. We especially loved the amenities and games…they made it feel like home and added so much to our stay. We’re very grateful for such an easy, enjoyable experience.

This is our team's second time staying in this home. And I can say, this stay was even better than the last. The owners made some improvements and additions to the home. We found ourselves in the game room one night watching some football on the tv in this same space. Everythign you might need is provided - attention to detail is evident. If you are looking for a place near Watkinsville/Athens area ... this is your place!

Family Wedding Weekend

Beautiful property. The owner thought of everything! Lovely decor and spacious bedrooms and common areas. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch for breakfast and later relaxing and reflecting on the beautiful wedding that was held at the Classic Center only a 20 minutes drive.

Love this Property - It fit all my family (14 of us ) and the attention to detail and amidites are 5-Star. We loved the big open back yard with the fire pit and that every bedroom had a bathroom Ideal location for our GA Football Weekend! We definitely will be back next year, but hoping sooner. Maggie was a pleasure and very easy to get ahold of. If you havent yet - - Book it now!

I hate to really tell eveyone how wonderful this home is because I don't want it to be sold out the next time I need to book this place LOL.This home was perfect for our needs. The description is spot on and the host was attentive to every detail. Maggie was responsive to any questions we had and would quickly respond.If you need a place to stay, look no further ... you have found it right here!

Feels Like Home!

We were there for the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association National Convention and decided to rent a place outside of Athens. This location took us 14 minutes to get to EVERYWHERE! SUPER CLEAN- Super Cozy and had EVERY amenity that we even needed! Ms Maggie was very attentive to communications and was so accommodating. The house felt like my own home and we all had plenty of room with our own bath. I will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in that area!

Phenomenal Property

Truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in Watkinsville. Very spacious, and great amenities. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!!! Owner was great and easy to work with as always!
