Mediterranean villa in NYC for your vacations. It offers unique privacy and peace, and easy 25min 24/7 ferry commute to Manhattan. This Staten Island house is made of brick and has 10 rooms: 5 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, garden, fryont terrace and back deck. Every room, terrace and the back deck have New York Harbor view. The neighborhood has the lowest crime rate in NYC.
This enchanting house features 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 sofa bed. The kitchen is spacious and full of sunlight. It comes with two stoves, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and other equipment. There are several sets of dishes, glassware and silverware, tablecloths and tea towels. We also provide bedding and bath towels.
The house features modern European windows imported to NYC on special order. European air conditioning, also known as a “split system” is installed throughout the house.
The villa is within walking distance to golf course, grocery stores and wine shops, cafes and bars, pizza places and restaurants, including famous Enoteca Maria/Nonnas of the World. Enjoy the peace of mind and harmony this house has to offer, whether you are hosting a family dinner on the terrace, relaxing in hammock or making S’mores by the fire pit in the backyard.
The house is 15 min walk to Silver Lake Park, one of the biggest and most beautiful NYC parks, and a well known destination for bird watching. The park offers a golf course, tennis courts, softball fields, bike paths, plenty of trails and open space. The park’s Silver Lake Reservoir is the endpoint of the Catskill Water Supply that brings 40%of NYC’s water down from the Catskill Mountains.
The house is a 20 min walk to Empire Outlets, NYC’s only outlet mall, and a 15 min walk to St George Theater and Saturdays farmer market.
