There was great communication from the beginning. The location was central which made getting anywhere easy! Penn Station is super close and Times Square was a quick walk. We love that all 5 of our girls, ages 14-22, had their own room and space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great find, convenient location to see all of downtown with enough bedrooms for the whole family. Check-in/out was easy. Room temperatures can vary but the portable AC units came in useful. We had a great time

Nice property a block away from Madison square garden. Penn station also a block away. Parking garage right across the street. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Couldn't be happier

The place was clean and fine for the cost. Location is definitely noisy. Kitchen was lacking in cooking ware, but who really wants to cook in NYC??? All in all I would recommend the place for friends or a few couples. Not ideal for families where you utilize the "house" more.

We were a family of 10 staying for 5 nights-all adults. The Good:Booking and host communication was great upon booking. The location is great for proximity to Penn Station. Each room has its own AC unit. The Not So Good:The photos are somewhat deceiving as the rooms are very small and the furniture is cheap and worn out. The coffee table is so flimsy we were afraid to sit drinks on it. The dishwasher is not installed properly and falling out of the cabinet. We did not cook in the kitchen it seemed supplied ok. The beds were comfortable but again-low quality sheets and one bed was very wobbly. Even though the listing says all beds are queens one is definitely a full size. Each guest was provided 1 bath towel for the entire stay and they were very thin and small. There is no place to hang them to dry out and since there were no extra we had to dry off with wet towels each day. We expected the bedrooms to be sparsely furnished but there was nothing provided to put our luggage on so we just had to leave them on the floor which left no room to walk in the room. The sofa in the living room is worn out and the additional seating chairs we found in the closet were really cheap plastic folding chairs that none of us trusted to sit on. The shower doors don’t seal off therefore the thin floor mat was soaked our entire stay making the tile slippery and dirty. One bathroom had no toilet paper holder and the roll was always falling on the floor-which was wet because of the shower-yuck!

The property was spacious, clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great, and laundry facilities a real plus. Everything was as advertised, and communication with the property manager was easy and painless. Would definitely recommend this property!

Myself and friends stayed at this property for five nights and it was a perfect location, as well as very comfortable for all of us to have our own rooms (each with our own temperature control!) The hosts went above and beyond when we were checking in and got stuck in traffic, as well as providing us with water and coffee pods and other necessities. The check out process could not have been easier. We will be back!

DĂ©cevant !L'appartement est propre et bien situĂ© mais mal entretenu (Ă©clairages manquants, nous avons dĂ» revisser une porte de placard de la cuisine, remettre une fenĂȘtre en place. Par contre quand on a demandĂ© des services l'hĂŽte les a rendus rapidement.Le plus ennuyeux a Ă©tĂ© Ă  l'arrivĂ©e : attention l'adresse est fausse, ce n'est pas le numĂ©ro 301 mais le 214. L'hĂŽte nous a bien envoyĂ© un message sur WhatsApp mais quand nous Ă©tions dans l'avion sans wifi ! Nous n'avons vu personne pendant notre sĂ©jour ! Ni Ă©tat des lieux ni remise des clĂ©s.

Location was convenient to subway stations, Times Square, etc, and the apartment had more than what we needed for a few nights getaway. I would stay here again. Very good communication from the property manager! Much appreciated timely responses and early baggage drop off.

An “Ok” Stay

Several things were “off” on this stay and I already let the host know directly so he can take the necessary steps to address it in favor of future guests. But in general, two A/Cs were not working properly (not cooling), both toilets were slow and one ended up not working at all, one TV did not work, and overall the condo needs to address a humidity issue specially on the ceilings as it is cracking all over and simply, it does not look apealing. But to be fair, the condo was clean, location was ideal and there were plenty of towels and extra linen available. Also the kitchen was superb- fully equipped with everything you need. Cleaning supplies were also available. We were party of 13 and the space was ok for all of us.

Great location

Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed for a four day weekend. This place was wonderful in that it had a good washer/dryer and bedrooms for everyone. Kitchen has great appliances and lots of glasses/cups/ect. But the best part was the location. Four blocks from Penn Station and surrounded by lots of great places to get food. Host was very available for assistance and check in/out. Would definitely come back.

NY Adventure

This unit was perfect for our families to all stay in one place in the midst of the city. We could easily walk to Times Square and places to dine. My granddaughter loved that she could see the lights on Madison Sq Garden from her bedroom window. I had been worried about security but felt quite safe in the apartment. Everyone loved it and would stay there again.

I recently booked the VRBO apartment for my daughter's college graduation in NYC, and it was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. With elderly parents in town, the elevator-accessible apartment was a lifesaver, eliminating any concerns about navigating stairs.The spacious six-bedroom, two-bathroom layout accommodated our family comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The three TVs ensured everyone had entertainment options.The check-in process was seamless, thanks to great communication from the host. The location was ideal - just two blocks from Madison Square Garden, a 20-minute walk to Chelsea Market, and a short 5-minute drive to Whole Foods.I highly recommend this VRBO apartment for its convenience, amenities, and prime location. We'll definitely return for future NYC visits!

NYC 40 Celebration

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect for a first time in New York with Madison Square Gardens and Times Square within walking distance. The person in charge of handling our stay, Edison, was Johnny on the spot from day one. He made sure we got settled in and answered any questions we had. If there was any issues, they were resolved immediately. Upon booking, everything was done professionally, even offering us transportation options which we took advantage of. My daughter was celebrating her 40th and we all agreed it was the best birthday ever! If you plan on visiting Manhattan look up this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Family Trip

Great location, great location! We were able to walk to Times Square within minutes and see Madison Square Garden lights and building from the window. Great size apartment that was able to fit a family of eight comfortably, with two bathrooms is a bonus. Our host was very responsive in a timely manner.
