JUST OFF DUVAL ...
Maison unifamiliale privée avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains.  Ouvrez les portes françaises arrière à une oasis de jardin privé avec une piscine chauffée et une terrasse spacieuse pour bronzer, manger en plein air et griller vos prises fraîches.  Situé à quelques pas des restaurants, des bars et des attractions amusantes.

MEUBLES ...
Le mobilier confortablement mis à jour donne à cette maison une atmosphère d'île moderne.  Des couleurs vives apportent l'atmosphère des Keys juste à l'intérieur de la porte.

EN TRAIN DE DORMIR
La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante.  Le maître est également équipé d'une kitchenette pour votre confort. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size avec accès à la salle de bain d'hôtes. La troisième chambre est située en haut de l'escalier en colimaçon dans le loft et dispose de deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en un lit king-size. Le canapé vert dans le salon de la suite principale est un lit gigogne pouvant accueillir une personne supplémentaire.

We had 7 people in our group and one had to sleep on sofa. There is a sofa bed but it was very uncomfortable. The property was clean and check in was so easy. Host was very accessible and answered questions quickly. Property is perfectly located just a few hundred feet from Duval. Great coffee and food very close. Would recommend banana cafe or frenchies for breakfast and coffee. Just a few blocks from all the nightlife (easy walk). Would recommend this property to rent.

We had a wonderful stay at SUNKISSED in Key West! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It made exploring Key West incredibly convenient.The property itself was spotless and very well maintained. You could tell great care is taken to keep everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming.Communication with the property management team was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend SUNKISSED to anyone visiting Key West!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The 3 beautiful bathrooms were great to have for our family of 5. We loved the patio and pool. The location is AMAZING - walk to everything. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms which was immediately fixed the very next day. Super responsive. We spend every spring break in Key West and this is the loveliest home we've had the pleasure of staying in. Also, rocking chairs on the covered front porch for morning coffee - absolutely loved it. Hope to book again for next year. Thanks for a great stay!!

The location is great. The house was very clean and neat. Overall it was really nice.My only downside comments: We had 6 adults and it was a bit tight for that many. Also, we slept in the upstairs bedroom and it was a bit warm.

The house , furniture and fixtures were in very good condition. Three full bathrooms was just what we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was a plus. We parked in front of the house.The host stayed in communication with us from beginning to end.

Great location! We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The supplies that were provided in the bathrooms were enough for four nights. That is always a plus for us when we fly and can’t carry extras. Dan and Wendy answered all questions we asked pre arrival. We really needed nothing during our visit. We hope to stay there again.
