This home is used by our family and is meticulously cared for. We recently renovated and modernized the interior of the home and built a backyard specifically for relaxing and entertaining.

• Keurig mini coffee machine - coffee pods and creamer provided
• Standard drip coffee machine - coffee filters provided (pre-ground coffee only since we don’t have a coffee grinder)

• Bedroom 1 (primary): King bed w/private en suite bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, 50" smart TV, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 2: King bed, electric standing desk and chair/work station, closet, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top w/250lb weight limit), room darkening shades

BATHROOMS: All essentials provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, make-up towels

PARKING
• Plenty of free street parking right in front of the home
• 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk

WASHER/DRYER
• Located in the garage
• LG HE front load washer and dryer

• Graco pack and play (sheets not provided)
• Ikea high chair (max 30lbs), includes tray
• Plastic kids plates, bowls, cups, and utensils
• Infant/toddler bath tub (max 25lbs), pour cup/spout, bath toys
• Bubble wands and bubble solution for the backyard
• Baby play mat (foam)
• Wooden step stool

HOUSE RULES
We take great pride in maintaining this home for ourselves and other guests to enjoy. Please treat it as if it were your own home

• Check in: 4pm
• Check out: 10am
• No late night parties/gatherings
• No smoking of any kind in or around the home
• No pets
• No excessive outdoor noise or music
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours.
• Outdoor activities must end before 10pm
