Kahana Reef 111 is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with every necessary amenity. This remodeled home has stunning ocean views of the neighboring island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the ocean. One of our favorite parts was seeing sea turtles every day right from the property. The peaceful setting, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere made for a wonderful vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We really loved this stay because A, the view was just to die for, it was minutes from the beach, literally steps away. And the island breeze was really refreshing. One thing I would say is that it lacked some amenities. A boogie board rental and timely communication in off hours would have been nice. Having some cooking oil would have been nice as well. but overall, fantastic stay.

Amazing 40th Birthday!

This property was everything a person could dream of! Perfect location and the condo was stunning. I’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! Sea turtles right outside your door and stunning sunsets every night. The condo has everything you’d need and was so clean.

Best kept secret to stay on Maui!!

Kahana Reef 111 is by far 2nd to none!!we absolutely loved walking straight out to the ocean from our patio 30 ft from the water. The owner checked in on us via text many times. I will be renting this place again as I do not think there is anything else that is comparable to the value of staying here. Thanks so much for such a wonderful vacation

We've stayed at Kahana Reef before in another unit and the oceanfront is just beautiful. You'll see turtles out front every day along the wall (usually around dinner). The condo itself was in good shape and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable for us and we kept the windows and doors open in the mornings and evenings to cool down the unit. The fans helped as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice view, very nice unit renovated and a good unit aver all but we don’t like that we found spaghetti souse and spaghetti in two of our plates may be from previous tenants but just that complain other than that very good

Nice condo. The kitchen was good but there weren’t any spices, sugar, pepper etc. Basic needs like Saran Wrap or tin foil would be nice.

Love Kahana Reef!

We stay at Kahana a Reef whenever we travel to Hawaii! There is non better condo location! Steps from the water! Amazing view! Everything about the condo was just as described. We have been to Maui ten times and we always book vrbo at Kahana Reef. We have never had a bad experience. This condo was no exception. Very clean, very safe. Management was a phone call away and helped us with a minor issue. We will be back! Thanks again!

The perfect stay & location

The unit was beautiful and the neighbors we met were jealous when they peeked in the patio door :). The communication with property management was thorough and flawless. This area was incredibly quiet compared to Kaanapali or Lahaina, which we have stayed at previously. There are NO obstructions from the patio view and with a private oceanfront, there was zero foot traffic. Whales and rainbows were the daily sights we encountered. The unit had everything you could possibly need and was tastefully decorated. The only wish was for a pan to bake with in the oven and a swiffer/mop to keep the floor clean from the strong breeze coming in. I cannot state strongly enough, how much we enjoyed this stay and specifically the unit.

Quiet Time in Maui

This unit in the Kahana Reef condos is exactly as shown. Super clean, super quiet, super serene. Outside the door is a comfy lanai they gets strong afternoon sun and is a perfect spot to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Surf was a bit rough the week we stayed, but on quieter days, turtles float right next to the seawall...so cool. Met a few of the year-round residents who were pretty friendly. It's far enough removed from the bustle of Kanapali but still close enough to plenty of supermarkets/shopping. Best, it's an easy drive to Kapalua and the best MaiTai on Maui at Kitchen 3515 - the restaurant and Tiki Bar inside the Napili Shores Resort! Two minor issues with the unit: we needed an extra fan for the bedroom because it was quite humid. I texted the management company and a great new fan arrived the next day. Also, at some point someone cleaned the refrigerator with Lysol and the smell has permeated the appliance down to the ice tasting funny. We wound up buying ice and using the small cooler provided. Aside from that, the unit is perfect for a couple looking for an island of quiet amidst the hubbub of West Maui.
